监护仪白屏故障原因及维修案例分析

                    <section data-role="outer" label="Powered by gulangu"><section><p><p><img src="image/20200927/1212c7cf7bd73e938970477963f97c30_1.png" /></p></p><p><p><img src="image/20200927/a1f70a30c0b56f68fab6460e855eff5b_2.png" /></p></p><p><br  /></p></section><section data-tools="gulangu" data-id="88174"><section><section data-width="100%"><section><section data-width="40%"><section><section><section></section></section></section></section><section data-width="15%"><section><section><section></section></section></section></section><section data-width="40%"><section><section><section></section></section></section></section></section><section><section>监护仪是医院较常使用的医疗设备之一，可以对单个或者多个病人的心电、血氧、血压、体温、心率等生命体征进行监测，是医生开展临床治疗工作的重要工具。在实际使用过程中，监护仪的一些故障常常导致其无法正常工作，甚至引发医疗纠纷。下面介绍两例我院病人监护仪故障维修实例。</section></section></section><section><section><section data-width="40%"><section><section><section></section></section></section></section><section data-width="15%"><section><section data-bcless="spin" data-bclessp="30"></section></section></section><section data-width="40%"><section><section><section></section></section></section></section></section></section></section></section><p><br  /></p><section data-tools="gulangu" data-id="88579"><section><section><section><p><span data-brushtype="text">1、普瑞康</span></p></section></section><section data-width="100%"><section data-width="20%"><section></section><section></section><section></section></section><section data-width="60%"><section><span data-brushtype="text">PC-9000开机显示白屏</span></section></section><section data-width="20%"><section></section><section></section><section></section></section></section></section></section><p><br  /></p><p><strong><span>解决方法</span></strong><span>:因该机不带VGA以及SV、AV等外接显示屏输出，因此，暂时无法确认其字符显示是否正常，故开机后按血压测量，气泵正常启动，接上袖带启动血压测量，有阶段性衰减；</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>接上血氧探头，能听到正常脉搏声，因此初步判断该机为单纯显示屏故障。拆开机器，发现该机主板为台湾产PCM－3336，该主板自带C＆T65545显示芯片驱动液晶显示屏，有VGA输出功能，但由于该机生产时间较久，同时出厂时未带VGA输出口，因此无法采用外接屏幕，同时该主板已经停产，同型号已经无法找到，遂采用同类PCM－3496蓝宇科技工业主板代替。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>由于PC－9000基于DOS平台，因此根据新主板自带说明做好DOS盘装好DOS，再根据PC104定义将PC－9000板卡接入，上机测试，检测正常。由于主板以及显示屏年代太久，因此一并更换更新一代主板跟显示屏。</span></p><p><br  /></p><section data-tools="gulangu" data-id="88579"><section><section><section><p><span data-brushtype="text">2、科曼</span></p></section></section><section data-width="100%"><section data-width="20%"><section></section><section></section><section></section></section><section data-width="60%"><section><span data-brushtype="text">胎音监护STAR-5000C</span></section></section><section data-width="20%"><section></section><section></section><section></section></section></section></section></section><p><br  /></p><p><span>开机屏幕显示“科曼”logo正常，进入系统后显示白屏故障现象:开机仅能正常显示logo，无法正常进入系统。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><strong><span>解决方法</span></strong><span>:根据故障现象，初步判断屏幕本身是正常的，因为开机时厂家logo能够正常显示，开机之后，使用探头可以发出声音，系统应该正常，只是显示屏故障。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>但因该厂家未提供任何有价值的维修资料，因此只能先拆机了解系统结构，拆机之后发现，主板LCD输出口通过40PIN排线引出至按键板，胎音监护基本功能正常，因此判断整机除显示外基本正常。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>因此先测试该40PIN排线是否存在断线，经测试正常，再仔细观察系统结构发现至TFT液晶屏上的图像信号是由主板40PIN排线先引至按键板后再通过30PIN插头接至TFT，仔细观察插座，发现插座底部存在白色晶状物质。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>因此高度怀疑故障原因就在这里，因该插座无法购买，因此将其拆除之后用酒精清洗并烘干之后，将30PIN线小心焊上，试机显示正常，关机，使用AB胶将其固化，交付临床使用至今未见异常。</span></p><p><br  /></p><section data-tools="gulangu" data-id="88174"><section><section data-width="100%"><section><section data-width="40%"><section><section><section></section></section></section></section><section data-width="15%"><section><section><section></section></section></section></section><section data-width="40%"><section><section><section></section></section></section></section></section><section><section>上述两例故障表面上都相似，但实际检修中却又有着本质的不同，对于屏幕显示故障，目前大多数监护仪显示屏都采用了液晶显示，由于技术的不同，驱动也就不同，虽然两台监护仪均为屏幕显示故障，但是可以通过测试监护仪血压、血氧等功能，大多数还是可以准确地判断故障是显示问题还是其他板卡问题，如果机器本身自带视频输出则可以通过外接显示快速判断，提高设备的开机率。</section></section></section><section><section><section data-width="40%"><section><section><section></section></section></section></section><section data-width="15%"><section><section data-bcless="spin" data-bclessp="30"></section></section></section><section data-width="40%"><section><section><section></section></section></section></section></section></section></section></section><p><span></span></p><section><p><br  /></p><p><span><strong><span>【版权声明】：</span><span>本文由整理发布，资料源自网络，版权归原作者所有，转载请注明来源！</span></strong><br  /><br  /></span></p><section><p><img src="image/20200927/822cbe6a18c4f6b0c59da913c0c9d0c0_3.jpg" /></p><span><strong>微信ID：yxiubang</strong></span></section><section><span><strong><p><img src="image/20200927/35331de2ecdfaf3822fa3a7dd2d0da9e_4.jpg" /></p>长按左侧二维码关注</strong></span></section><p><br  /></p><p><br  /></p></section></section><p><br  /></p>
