所有测试结果ERROR或&gt;MAX或&lt;MIN，以及部分结果异常自动重做后正常(排除标本采集及试剂异常)。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><strong><em><span>1.1.1</span></em></strong><span>&nbsp; 1号针或3号针吸样不正常。</span></p><p><span>可能情况：</span></p><p><span>(1)针堵塞。进入保养菜单用通针钢丝通l或3号针，并执行NEEDLE PURGE冲针；</span></p><p><span>(2)针漏液。说明针管路有破裂，则需更换工具箱备用针或管路，进入保养菜单执行NEEDLE REPLACEMENT换针程序更换并定位；</span></p><p><span>(3)针液面检测故障。检查针后面液面检测线是否松动及断裂，重新安装线并紧固，也可对调2和3号检测线测试，或者进入主测试界面后选择STATUS菜单中SYSTEM，屏蔽3号针液面功能。或者拧开3号针检查是否有多余导热硅脂。&nbsp;</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><em><strong><span>1.1.2</span></strong></em><span> 电磁阀EV1故障。应急可以先用管直接接人大桶清洗液内，3个两路电磁阀组件EV3或EV5故障，更换新配件。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><em><strong><span>1.1.3 </span></strong></em><span>注射器漏水。更换注射器头，洗针池溢水，检查池中是否有异物，并用0．5％ data-brushtype="text">1.3</section></section></section></section></section><p><span>不确定的个别标本的个别项目报Err或&gt;Max。此时应仔细观察针的运行过程。我们通过观察发现，针有时未接触液面即开始吸样，这是针的液面感应器连接电线接触不良引起的。重新连接或更换即可。</span></p><p><br  /></p><section 和Fbg正常，而aPTT缩短或延长，则应通2和3号针；如果Fbg正常而PT和aPTF都缩短，则应疏通3号针，并更换DESORB．U；如果PrI1和am 正常，而Fbg延长，则应检查1号针，如果三相都同时缩短或延长，则应疏通3号针或更换注射器的活塞头，如果所有测试都报Err或&gt;Max，则肯定是1号针堵了。</span></p><p><br  /></p><section Satus中仪器测试项目所需的试剂是否齐全，并且定标和质控是否Validated，是否停止了吸样、样本针的状态是否被锁定等。后再查看System 中Supplies是否有警告。查看后作相应处理，仪器将正常工作。</span></p><p><br  /></p><section data-tools="gulangu"
