background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">应该承认，中国医生的整体素质并不低。但是，现代医学的核心是团队协作。目前，中国医生更喜欢“单刀赴会”，而忽视了科室之间的协同作战。其实，“一把刀”固然重要，但其作用只体现在手术环节。如果术前和术后成为“短板”，必然影响整体疗效。而美国既重视单个医生的技能，更重视团队协作。因此，在整个医疗“机器”中，每一个“零件”都在围绕病人高效运转。其结果是，同样的手术，美国的并发症发生率远远低于中国，病人术后康复也较快，这是中美医疗的最大差距。</p><p style="max-width: 100%; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">除了技术方面，中美医疗的差距还体现在服务上。在中国医院看病，很多人有过不愉快的经历。即便是三甲医院的特需服务，体验感也不好，病人普遍缺乏尊严。有一位中国直肠癌患者，去美国安德森癌症中心治疗。手术期间，家属在手术室外等候。从手术开始到结束，每完成一个环节，医生都会出来给家属交代，并解释其理由。术后，病人从重症监护室出来时，口干舌燥，护士竟然把一小块冰放进病人嘴里，让他慢慢含化。这个小小的细节，折射出美国医院的服务水准。而在中国，患者抱怨最多的就是非医疗环节。由于服务跟不上，即便手术做得很成功，患者的心情也不舒畅。</p><p style="max-width: 100%; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">有人说，中国的医疗服务质量差，主要是因为收费太低。花快捷酒店的钱，怎么可能享受五星级宾馆的服务？的确，美国的医疗收费远远超过中国，服务质量也相应较高。但医疗是一个特殊的服务行业，收费低并不应成为服务差的理由。事实上，中国公立医院的特需医疗收费并不低，但服务依然跟不上，病人花了钱还受气。虽然中美都提倡“以病人为中心”，但美国医院落实到了行动上，而中国医院却停留在口头上。究其原因，主要是由于中国公立医院长期处于垄断地位，缺乏竞争意识，不太在乎患者的体验感。很多三甲医院人满为患，一床难求，无论服务好坏，病人都如过江之鲫。医院即便不改善服务，也能活得很滋润。因此，傲慢与冷漠，成为公立医院的一大“特色”。这也难怪很多人宁愿远渡重洋去“花钱买服务”，也不愿在中国的医院里“花钱看脸色”。</p><p style="max-width: 100%;
