医疗器械公司逢年过节给医院领导送钱 被判罚26万

                    <p style="margin-bottom: 29px; line-height: 28px; font-family: 宋体, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15.9996px; white-space: normal; text-indent: 2em; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">广州日报清远讯 一医疗器械批发公司因多次向医院院长、药剂科主任、检验科主任行贿，在医院采购医疗器械等耗材中大肆获利。近日，清新区法院对该案作出了判决，认定清远市鸿×医疗器械批发有限公司（下称“鸿×公司”）犯单位行贿罪，判处罚金26万元，公司负责人冯某红犯单位行贿罪，判处有期徒刑九个月，缓刑一年。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 29px; line-height: 28px; font-family: 宋体, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15.9996px; white-space: normal; text-indent: 2em; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">被告单位鸿×公司成立于2003年5月，主要向医院销售医疗耗材，被告人冯某红是该公司聘任的销售经理、企业负责人。从2006年开始，被告人冯某红为了维持和增加被告单位鸿×公司对清新县人民医院（现清远市清新区人民医院，下同）和清远市妇幼保健院的医疗耗材的销售额，代表被告单位分多次向时任清新县人民医院院长的成某（另案处理）、时任清新县人民医院药剂科主任的陈某胜（另案处理）、时任清远市妇幼保健院检验科主任的龙某（另案处理）行贿共计265600元。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 29px; line-height: 28px; font-family: 宋体, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15.9996px; white-space: normal; text-indent: 2em; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">其中，2006~2012年间，被告人冯某红在成某家附近等地，分多次以每次送10000~30000元不等的金额，共送给成某20万元；2006~2012年间的中秋节、春节前，被告人冯某红在原清新县第一小学门口等地，分多次以每次送3800~5000元不等的金额，共送给陈某胜41600元；2006~2011年间的春节前，被告人冯某红在多间酒店卡拉OK消费过程中，分多次以每次送3800~6000元不等的金额，共送给龙某24000元。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 29px;
