<p>12月13日，记者从滁州警方获悉，南谯公安分局成功破获全国首例“倒卖医疗器械”诈骗案，涉案价值120余万元。犯罪嫌疑人湖南株洲男子易某长期潜伏于“医疗器械”QQ群中从事“低价出售二手医疗器械”诈骗活动，他的两个QQ里共有70多个群，其中60多个是“医疗器械”相关QQ群。</p><p><br /></p><p> <strong>网购医疗器械，一直收不到货</strong></p><p><br /></p><p> 滁州南谯区居民杜先生长期从事二手医疗器械买卖。今年8月11日，杜先生因急需B超仪上的发射版和探头，便在“医疗配件QQ群”内发文字“求购”。没多久，易某便私信杜先生，声称手头上有货。一番讨价还价，杜先生汇了13300元货款。</p><p><br /></p><p> 转眼到了月底，杜先生一直没有收到“货物”，与易某联系又毫无音讯，便在QQ群内询问“为什么不发货”。不料一石激起千层浪，许多先前“潜水”的同行表示，同样向易某购买二手医疗器械，结果都是“收不到货”。</p><p><br /></p><p> 接到报警后，南谯公安分局责任区刑警三队民警赶赴湖南株洲实地调查。</p><p><br /></p><p> <strong>收钱不发货，诈骗120余万</strong></p><p><br /></p><p> 日前，南谯警方在株洲警方的配合下，进入一间出租屋将易某抓获。警方查获的作案工具，仅有一台电脑和两部手机。经审讯易某很快承认，他手头根本没有任何医疗器械，“低价出售二手医疗器械”只是他行骗的伎俩。</p><p><br /></p><p> 记者了解到，易某从大学法律专业毕业到南方打工，做的就是医疗器械销售工作，因此掌握丰富的该行业专业知识。</p><p><br /></p><p> 2014年回到株洲之后，易某凭借多年工作积攒的“专业知识”和“工作经验”，开始按照上述套路骗钱。易某长期潜伏于两个QQ的60多个群中，一旦遇到有人需要收购二手医疗器械，他便主动联系表示“低价出售”，在拿到对方汇款之后就杳无音讯。</p><p><br /></p><p> 根据易某交代，他利用这种方式实施诈骗100多起，受害者遍布北京、新疆、安徽等全国20多个省、市和自治区，涉案价值120余万元。目前，警方已追回受害者损失10余万元，案件正进一步深挖之中。</p><hr /><p style="text-align: center;
