                    <section label="Copyright ? 2015 Yead All Rights Reserved."><section><section><section><section><section></section><section></section></section><section><section></section><section></section></section></section><section><p style="margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">X线机的维护与保养</span></p></section></section></section></section><p><br  /></p><section label="Copyright ? 2015 Yead All Rights Reserved."><p style="margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">X线机属医用重要精密医疗仪器设备之一。对其使用时间，安放环境条件、操作应用过程以及日常维修和保养都有严格要求。</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">1、控制台的保养和维护</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">&nbsp; &nbsp; 控制台是X线机调节控制的总枢纽，是X线机各部电路及附属电路较复杂的控制中心。在使用中应该经常或定期进行维护和保养。</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">1.1通风防潮:控制台应安装在空气流通，干燥防潮、温度适宜之处，严防日光曝晒，潮湿透水，并尽可能设在有空调的房间。</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">1.2防尘保洁:对控制台内部应3个月或半年定期进行检查，擦去灰尘保持清洁，并检查1)各导线的联接有否松动、脱出，接点是否有断头、开焊、移位、老化现象。(2)各器件是否有烧黑、熔化、弯曲变形、各调节电阻的固定夹子是否松脱歪曲。一旦发现上述现象应立即检修。</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">1.3控制台校表:</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">(1)工作时首先注意电源电表、千伏表、毫安表的指数是否正常。如有偏高、偏低、颤抖、脱离零位、指针磨擦过火现象等，应停止使用，找出原因，进行处理后使用。</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">(2)对控制台的各旋钮，在扭动时不能用力过猛，防止扭坏、扭断造成脱位接触不良，当控制台上的标志位置与调节内部的接触位置不符时，应及时检查、调修。</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">(3)查接地:用欧姆表经常检查控制台，保护接地台是否良好，检查控制台地线与外壳和外接地线3者是否导通。</span></p><p><br style="max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box !important; word-wrap: break-word !important;"  /></p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">2、机械部件的保养和维护</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">2.1除尘保洁:经常用油布擦拭各部件面板电镀部分，防止腐蚀和生锈，保持诊断床面清洁卫生。</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">2.2检查维护:</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">(1)检查各部件间的固定螺丝、螺母、销钉有否松动，如有应立即紧固。</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">(2)检查诊断床在直立式水平进行中其限位开关的位置。在电机转动时，不要离开电源闸或“切断”按钮，在发生意外时、应立即切断电源。</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">(3)检查各吊挂部分的钢丝、有否出现磨损、断股，如有应立即更换。</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">2.3勤加油防摩擦:对诊断床;管控活动部分的轴承要经常检查灵敏度，有否磨损现象，要经常往轴承轨道上涂润滑油或稀释凡士林，以减少磨损增加灵敏度。</span></p><p><br style="max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box !important; word-wrap: break-word !important;"  /></p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">3、高压电缆的保养和维护</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">3. 1防潮防腐蚀:高压电缆要保持干操清洁，保持恒温，防水防潮，防止受热和冷冻以及压碰。造成电缆透水击穿，破裂放电，膨胀变形以及金属网与保护层破坏等的漏电。</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">3.2防止弯曲:高压电缆不能过度弯曲，如有弯曲，弯曲处的蕊线与金属网形成电容电荷集中，会造成弯曲处被高压击穿。</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">3.3检查放电声:要注意经常检查电缆两端的固定环与X线管及高压发生器是否紧固，如发现在高压时有吱吱静电放电声，应对此处进行处理。</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">3. 4查充填物:松香、沥青、石蜡合成的绝缘油多是填充高压电缆插头内的填充物，在X线管端因受热而熔化流出，应及时检查。</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">4、X线管的保养和维护</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">4.1防震防热:X线管是X线机最娇嫩脆弱的主要元件，也是最容易发生故降的元件，在使用及搬动中要严防震动或碰撞。固定阳极线管的主要重量在阳极端，故在使用或移动中应注意使阳极端位于下端。同时在X线机连续工作时要注意按X线管允许热容量使用，在X线管工作时连续增加负荷，已达到最大热容量应停止使用。待冷却一定时间后再使用，以防损坏X线管。管套表面的温度不得超过50-60C，</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">4.2防气泡:在X线管内保持足量绝缘油的同时，要经常通过窗口观察管内有无气泡存在，如有应及时添油排气。</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">5、高压发生器及组合机头的保养维护</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">5. 1使用X线管不可连续使用时间过长，随时注意机头的散热情况，防止X线管阳极面过热熔化；造成绝缘油过热绝缘能力下降，导致高压部件击穿，室温过高时可用电风扇帮助组合机头散热。</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">5.2仪器的各部件不应随意打开，防止和保护高压发生器及机头内所装绝缘油长时间暴露于空气中吸潮落入灰尘而降低绝缘性能，在更换新油时应检验新油油质，要求其绝缘强度不低于25Kv/2.5mm ,组合机头内的油应在30kV/2.5mm。</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">5.3 &nbsp; X线房间不是木地板时，可将高压发生器放在一个特制的木座上，以便防潮。</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">5.4使用仪器时，要随时注意照射时听到的高压发生器或机头内有否不正常的声音，如有吱吱拍拍声，应立即停止使用。用欧姆表定时检测高压发生器与组合机头外壳及控制台外壳、外接地线是否相通。紧固地线接点螺丝。</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">5.5检查维修高压发生器内任何部件时，绝对禁止在高压下进行，必须首先将高压初级接线拆掉，绝对禁止把高压机件及机头内机件抬出箱外进行高压试验。刚断电时，全波整流高压发生器固有静电荷存在，此时触及高压机件便会出现瞬时电击放电，因此断电数分钟后，电荷逐渐消失方可用手触摸检查。</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">以上，是对X线机维护和保养提出的一些意见和看法，以保证机器安全运行和延长使用寿命，充分发挥其医疗诊断作用。</span></p></section><section class="pEditor " style="line-height: 25.6px;
