<p>在当前，<span style="max-width: 100%; word-wrap: break-word !important;">医疗设备的维修是一项相当繁复的工作，很多医疗机构都设有设备科，负责维护设备的安全与稳定，但是还有许多问题是很多设备维修人员不够了解或重视的。在这里再次向大家普及下医疗设备的维护与保养。</span></p><p><span style="max-width: 100%; word-wrap: break-word !important;"><br /></span></p><p><span style="max-width: 100%; word-wrap: break-word !important;"><strong style="word-wrap: break-word !important;">第一点，细致的日常维护保养，对保障仪器设备的正常运转至关重要。</strong></span></p><p><span style="max-width: 100%; word-wrap: break-word !important;"><strong style="word-wrap: break-word !important;"><br /></strong></span></p><p><span style="max-width: 100%; word-wrap: break-word !important;">日常维护看似简单，但很多时候并不被人重视，也是最容易让人忽略的；但很多时候大的问题往往是由小的问题积累下来的。</span><span style="max-width: 100%; word-wrap: break-word !important;">要做到与临床使用人员积极配合，保持仪器表面清洁；使用前做到检查电压、电源是否正常；使用过程中注意观察仪器的功能是否正常并填写使用记录。</span><span style="max-width: 100%; word-wrap: break-word !important;">在日常维修时就养成好的习惯，避免损坏事件发生。 </span></p><p><span style="max-width: 100%; word-wrap: break-word !important;"><br /></span></p><p><span style="max-width: 100%; word-wrap: break-word !important;"><strong style="word-wrap: break-word !important;">第二点，设备维修工作，一定要仔细处理，不要马虎大意</strong>。</span></p><p><span style="max-width: 100%; word-wrap: break-word !important;"><br /></span></p><p><span style="max-width: 100%; word-wrap: break-word !important;">仪器设备发生故障时，要做好</span><span style="max-width: 100%; word-wrap: break-word !important;">维修前的信息收集、准备工作；包括型号、出厂编号，故障出现时间，故障出现时有无异常声响，是否发生过突然停电，仪器有没有移动过等问题。</span></p><p><span style="max-width: 100%; word-wrap: break-word !important;"><br /></span></p><p>维修中应当注意，在拆卸医疗设备的过程中，要注意先后顺序，不要用蛮力强行拆卸。拆下来的紧固螺丝、小件等不可随手乱放，要分类放好，避免丢失。设备维修完成后，安装时，再按相反的顺序一步一步恢复原样，没有多余的配件。损坏的零配件，也要作好标记，更换后恢复原样，不要出现差错。 </p><p><br /></p><p>维修工作完成后，要清洁仪器表面，接通电源，看能否正常工作。校正仪器，恢复正常工作状态，然后交由使用人员试用一下，查看仪器是否恢复原工作状态，以免留下隐患。最后清理现场，检查有无遗漏工具等，并填写维修日志留备查看。 </p><p><br /></p><p><span style="max-width: 100%; word-wrap: break-word !important;">维修中的防护工程师在维修仪器时，要时刻注意做好防护工作，无论是漏电还是</span><span style="max-width: 100%; word-wrap: break-word !important;">交叉感染等问题，都要注意防护。不要出现不必要的意外伤害。</span></p><p><span style="max-width: 100%; word-wrap: break-word !important;"><br /></span></p><p><strong style="word-wrap: break-word !important;">第三点，定期保养检查，问题尽早发现，尽快解决</strong>。</p><p><br /></p><p>详细的预防性维护内容应包括： </p><p><br /></p><p>外观检查: </p><p>外观检查首先检查仪器各按钮、开关、接头插座有无松动及错位,插头插座的接触有无氧化、生锈或接触不良,电源线有无老化,散热排风是否正常, 各种接地的连接和管道的连接是否良好。</p><p><br /></p><p>清洁保养: </p><p>是对仪器表面与内部电气部分、机械部分进行清洁,包括清洗过滤网及有关管道,对仪器有关插头插座进行清洁, 防止接触不良,对必要的机械部分进行加油润滑。 </p><p>更换易损件:</p><p>对已达到使用寿命及性能下降,不合要求的元器件或使用说明书中规定的要求定期更换的配件要进行及时地更换,预防可能发生的故障扩大或造成整机故障。对电池充电不足的情况要督促有关人员进行定期充电, 排除设备明显的和潜在的各种故障。 </p><p><br /></p><p>功能检查: </p><p>开机检查各指示灯、指示器是否正常, 通过调节、设置各个开关和按钮,进入各功能设置, 以检查设备的基本功能是否正常。通过模拟测试, 检查设备各项报警功能是否正常。 </p><p><br /></p><p>性能测试校准: </p><p>测试各直流电源的稳压值、电路中要测试点电压值或波形并根据说明书的要求进行必要的校准和调整, 以保证仪器各项技术指标达到标准,确保仪器在医疗诊断与治疗中的质量。 </p><p><br /></p><p>安全检查: </p><p>1、<span style="max-width: 100%; word-wrap: break-word !important;">检查机架是否牢固, 机械运转是否正常,各连接部件有无松动、脱落或破裂现象。</span></p><p><span style="max-width: 100%; word-wrap: break-word !important;">2、检查各种引线、插头、连接器等有无破损,接地线是否牢靠,接地电阻和漏电电流是否在允许限度内。 </span></p><p style="text-align: right;"><span style="line-height: 25.6px;
