1.75em;">把有故障的设备恢复正常使用，这对于医疗器械生产商的售后部门似乎是天经地义的事，然而在GE医疗北京备件维修中心，我们得到的得到的答案却不是“一定修好”。负责管理维修中心的GE医疗大中华区亚洲维修运营总监孙宁先生告诉我们，面对终端用户的客观需求，GE医疗现在提供的服务（仅针对GE的产品而言）实际是</span><strong style="line-height: 1.75em;">仅就这点而言，笔者更想说这更代表了专业的品牌态度，如果不能保证备品的及时供应到位及维修结果的技术指标，那么GE的品牌价值将大打折扣......而这种品质保证的成本是巨大的——不仅需要保持在一定地区范围、一定类型的产品中有足够的备品（大设备的维保投入程度堪比修汽车备整车......），更需要足够的技术实施人员以及必要的测试设备，而这种“隐形”体系化高昂运营成本恰恰是被广大终端用户容易忽视的（这方面<span
