我国医用耗材行业由贴牌生产向原始设计转变

background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">医用耗材在医疗器械产业中占有举足轻重的地位。2010～2014年的5年间，我国医疗器械产业年均增速超过20%，高于国民经济的平均增长速度，而我国医用耗材行业的表现也相当不俗。 　　“我国医用耗材已经在国际市场上占据比较稳定的60%以上的市场份额，产品档次与质量获得国际市场认可，产品结构从低附加值向中、高附加值转变，制造模式从贴牌生产转型升级向原始设计制造商方向转变。”7月4日在河南长垣召开的“2015驼人·中国医用耗材大会”上，中国医药保健品商会兼职副会长、浙江化工进出口有限公司董事长郭斌表示。 　　国内市场需求强劲 　　中国医保商会在本次会议上发布了《2015中国医用耗材市场发展报告》(以下简称《报告》)，对2010～2014年我国医用耗材行业的资产结构、盈利能力、成长性进行了全面分析，并对产业发展趋势作出展望。 　　《报告》指出，随着我国医疗卫生机构、诊疗人次、诊疗费用等的不断增长，我国医用耗材市场需求也迅速增长，从而带动我国医用耗材产业的资产规模持续扩张。2010～2014年，我国医用耗材制造业的资产总额从430.71亿元上升到1149.08亿元，年均增长率为27.80%；行业毛利率保持在20%以上的高水平，利润总额由62.91亿元上升到152.38亿元，年复合增长率为24.75%，销售利润率在10%～11%之间。其中，2014年，我国医用耗材行业销售收入增速高于我国医用耗材出口额增速约6个百分点，这意味着国内需求保持强劲势头。 　　但是《报告》同时提到，2014年我国医用耗材行业利润总额的增速大幅下降，自2010年以来首次降至20%以下，为近5年来最低点；销售利润率为9.17%，较上一年略下降了1个百分点；毛利率为21.23%，较上一年下降了2.01个百分点。 　　“近5年我国医用耗材行业资产、收入、利润三项指标的增长率均高于20%，行业成长能力较强。但是基于销售增速放缓、成本上升等因素的影响，2014年行业盈利能力有所下降。由于我国医用耗材产业以中低端产品为主导、技术水平不高、议价能力较差，导致产品价格一直处于较低水平，若成本不能得到较好的控制，未来行业利润增长率还将进一步放缓。”医保商会专业人士强调。 　　区域规模优势明显<p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; list-style: none; border: 0px; line-height: 30px; font-size: 15px; color: rgb(85, 85, 85); font-family: Arial, 宋体, Helvetica, sans-serif; white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">　　《报告》还提到，从医用耗材行业的分布情况来看，我国医用耗材制造业主要集中在山东、河南、江苏等地，这3个省市医用耗材行业资产合计占全行业总资产的64.99%，具有明显的规模优势。其中，山东省以441.12亿元的资产总额占据首位；河南为183.57亿元，居第二位，占比为15.98%；第三位是江苏，资产规模为121.99亿元，占比达到10.62%；其余各省的资产规模相对较小，占比均低于7%。从资产增长性来看，吉林、重庆、山西3个省市医用耗材行业发展较快，资产规模同比增速分别达到48.95%、39.83%、30.21%。 　　另据中国医保商会统计，2014年，我国医用耗材产销活动集中在山东、河南、江苏、湖北、江西，5个省市贡献了81.51%的销售收入，前5名销售集中度较上一年的79.43%有所提升。其中，山东是我国医用耗材销售的最重要省份，销售收入占比达到36.41%，高于第二名17.14个百分点；排在第二名的河南，销售收入占比为19.27%；江苏居第三位，销售收入占比为12.67%；其余各省销售收入占比均低于10%。在销售收入增速上，贵州、黑龙江、天津增长最为强劲，同比增速分别为77.88%、61.11%、38.02%，其余省市增速均低于30%。 　　产业链整合不可避免 　　据中国医保商会统计，按不同所有制类型划分，截至2014年，我国有医用耗材国有企业4家、股份制企业28家、外商和港澳台投资企业153家、其他企业156家、私营企业322家。从企业规模上看，我国医用耗材行业以中、小型企业占多。 　　中国医保商会副秘书长蔡天智表示，我国医用耗材大型企业少，中、小型企业较多，行业集中度低。随着我国医疗器械行业兼并重组进程的不断加快，更多有实力的医用耗材企业将通过业务整合收并购等方式，实现产业链和业务规模的扩张。预计未来医用耗材行业内中、小型企业的数量和比重会有所下降，大型企业的比重有望增加。但是，在未来很长一段时间内，中、小型企业仍占据主导地位。 　　“在创新驱动下，我国产业必将向专业化、国际化方向发展。未来3～5年，很多企业会不断经历产业链整合的跌宕起伏，并融入全球价值链的竞争之中。对此，企业需要继续通过创新，在新材料、新工艺上有所突破，研发生产出更加符合国内外医疗市场需求的个性化产品。<p style="margin-top: 0px;
