                    <p>　　医药网3月2日讯　广东也要对第二类医疗器械产品注册收费了。</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>　　日前，广东省药监局公布了《广东省<strong><span style="color: rgb(0, 153, 102);">药品</span></strong>、<strong><span style="color: rgb(0, 153, 102);">医疗器械</span></strong>产品注册收费有关事项说明》，自2017年3月1日起施行。</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>　　广东省药监局的收费标准是：首次注册费81800元；变更注册费34200元；延续注册费34000元。</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>　　该收费标准对按医疗器械管理的体外诊断试剂也适用。</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>　　此外，《医疗器械注册管理办法》、《体外诊断试剂注册管理办法》中属于注册登记事项变更申请的，不收取变更注册费。</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>　　符合《中小<strong><span style="color: rgb(0, 153, 102);">企业</span></strong>划型<strong><span style="color: rgb(0, 153, 102);">标准</span></strong>规定》（工信部联企业〔2011〕300号）条件的注册申请人，经认定属于申请创新医疗器械产品注册的，可申请免收首次注册费。</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>　　注册申请获受理后，申请人主动撤回注册申请，或药监作出不予许可决定的，已缴纳的注册费不退。申请人再提产品注册申请时，应重新缴纳注册费。</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>　　注意，广东省药监局还规定，注册申请人应在收到《非税收入缴费通知书》后5个工作日内按照要求缴纳注册费，未按要求缴纳的，其注册程序自行中止；注册申请人自受理之日起超过30个工作日仍未按要求缴纳注册费的，视为申请人主动提出撤回注册申请，其注册程序自行终止。</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>　　17</strong><strong>省收费标准汇总</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>　　全国范围内，广东是第17个对第二类医疗器械注册收费的省份。</p><p style="text-align: center;"><img data-s="300,640" data-type="jpeg" src="http://mmbiz.qpic.cn/mmbiz_jpg/dx3KibwtDhvfz6lPLfGELtluCfDgXokAvcpSsFTYt4fKtteGZDUk1JMye8CeliavMnnMibsicU8UnicnibT8MDHATnmg/0?wx_fmt=jpeg" data-ratio="1.8501628664495113" data-w="307"  /></p><p style="text-align: center;"><br  /></p><p style="white-space: normal;
