政协委员谈医疗器械产业化：种一口牙等于买辆宝马

医药网3月6日讯　“目前医院最贵的牙植体8万元一枚，种一口牙相当于一辆宝马车，这是什么概念？我们现在医疗耗材的费用比较高，所以要呼吁加速推进医疗器械的产业化。”3月4日上午，在全国政协十二届五次会议医卫45组小组讨论会上，华西口腔医学院主任医师周学东的发言把大家的讨论带入高潮。 　　热议：种三四颗牙 就能买辆便宜宝马 　　在小组讨论会上，谈到医疗器械产业化的话题，全国政协委员、阜外心血管病医院院长胡盛寿表示，我国医疗器械的市场总量大，但创新水平不高，特别是高端医疗器械基本依赖进口，不能适应目前我国大力推进的创新驱动发展战略。他认为，加速推进医疗产业的确势在必行。 　　对胡盛寿的一席话，全国政协委员、华西口腔医学院主任医师周学东表示赞同。她发言说，很多人都感到，去口腔医院看牙花费比较高。可这种贵并不是因为医生的诊疗费用高，而是耗材费用比较高。比如，目前在我国医院临床中使用的牙植体，最贵的来自瑞士，其价格高达8万元一枚。这是什么概念？一个人如果种一口牙，其价值相当于一辆宝马汽车。但是让人遗憾的是，这辆宝马汽车并没有开在马路上，而是被“含”在了嘴里。周学东如此形象的比喻，立即引起在场其他委员的讨论。 　　 “8万元一颗？”有些委员觉得有点不可思议，当场立即算起账来。“那我种三四颗，就能买一辆便宜的宝马了。太贵了。” 　　呼吁：加速推进 医疗器械产业化、国产化 　　 “我们呼吁加速推进医疗器械的产业化，特别是医疗产业的国产化。我是一名口腔科医生，如今我们临床使用的耗材有80%以上依赖进口，国产耗材却大都是一次性纸杯、漱口水之类，真为国产医疗器械感到揪心。”周学东说。 　　现代快报（微博）记者了解到，目前在临床上，像B超这样的国产常规的医疗器械和设备，质量已经和进口的相差无几，存在的差距在先进性、精密性要求很高的高端医疗设备上。解放军南京总医院的一名外科医生举例说，就拿目前手术机器人“达芬奇”来说吧，国产的手术机器人使用起来就不如“达芬奇”来得顺手。 　　 “医疗耗材、设备从进口到国产，是一个慢慢进步的过程。”南京一位神经外科医生说：“这几年随着我国对国产耗材、医疗器械和设备的投入加大，不少耗材质量已经接近进口的了。以支架来说，国产支架价格便宜，质量也过得硬。” 　　周学东认为，当前，只有实现了医疗器械的国产化，耗材的价格才能降下来，人们的就医成本才能跟着降下来。 　　观点：医疗也是服务业 需要兼顾市场因素 　　 “宝马车含在嘴里”实际上是医疗领域的供给侧改革问题。 　　3月4日，全国人大代表、江苏省人民医院胰腺中心主任苗毅在接受现代快报记者采访时表示，医疗本身属于服务业的一部分，人们对健康的需求日益剧增，在这个过程中要兼顾到市场的因素，如今人们对医疗的需求不完全相同，医疗体系要满足不同层次和人群的健康需求。 　　苗毅表示，对于有经济条件的人群，我们可以提供高级诊所和高级治疗的服务。但是在整个国家医疗体系中，更大的部分应该是公益，兼顾需要最基本医疗需求的人，比如下岗工人、农民、低保人群，目前国家也采取了很多政策来提供基本保障。 <span style="color: rgb(62, 62, 62);
