<img data-s="300,640" data-type="png" src="http://mmbiz.qpic.cn/mmbiz_png/dx3KibwtDhvdE6oEsZufeGicNyUYiacjd7wicKRlsibBc7H0skQ1kO78BdXjs9OJAicmqiaXA09Pya31sQPo29m6gyByA/0?wx_fmt=png" class="" data-ratio="0.4980392156862745" data-w="510" /> 一、医用超声探头晶体的构造：     1、匹配层（Matching Layer）：     为实现换能器晶片与传声媒质之间声特性阻抗的匹配，使声能良好地透过而在探头晶片辐射面敷设的声学材料层。一般取层厚为四分之一波长，声特性阻抗取晶片与传声媒质声特性阻抗的几何平均值。又称过渡层，声透镜或保护膜。复杂结构的探头，其匹配层可以由多层四分之一波长厚且具有适当声特性阻抗的结构组成。       2、探头背衬（probe backing）：     在探头所用的压电晶片辐射面背后的一面上粘接的吸声块。目的是吸收晶片背面辐射的无用声波，降低探头的Q值，改善其脉冲响应。一般情况下，这将伴随探头灵敏度的相应降低，常用的吸声块多用环氧树脂，钨粉环氧加适当的固化剂，增塑剂，按一定配方制定而成。     背衬材料的实用选择与设计制造：     在现有的各种单相材料中，从声学特性与工艺特性综合考虑，几乎没有一种可以直接用做超声换能器背衬，只能采用专门配制的复合材料，集多项有用特性于一身。     高阻抗背衬：声阻抗率超过10*105Pa.s/m者，可列为高阻抗背衬。要达到与压电元件相近的声阻抗率，有两种办法已被证明可行。一种是将钨粉与高塑性金属粉混合后加高压处理，使塑性金属挤入钨粉的颗粒间隙，并在两者界面上形成键合力；或者将钨粉与热塑性塑料的粉末充分混合后热压成型。另一种办法是浸渍法，即将钨粉挤压至紧密堆积状态后，再浸没于液态热固性树脂中，待完全浸透后加热固化。其中，采用的技术路线如下：     (1)浸渍用环氧混合物（简称IEM）      二氧化环巳烯乙烯   3.5份      聚丙二醇二甘油醚   6.5份      壬基琥珀酸酐(NSA)   10份      二甲胺基乙醇      每10克NSA对应0，1毫升     (2)第一步浸渍     将压好的钨粉块浸没于丙撑氧中，再逐步加大IEM的浓度。具体流程为:100%丙撑氧，24小时；75%丙撑氧+25%IEM，24小时；50%丙撑氧+50%IEM，24小时；25%丙撑氧+75%IEM，24小时。     (3) 第二不浸渍     将经过第一步浸渍的钨粉块置于100%的IEM中96小时，并使IEM的液面刚好低于钨粉块的顶端。     (4) 加热固化     待两步浸渍完成后，将钨粉块置于80C环境中17.5小时，令其完成固化。     本方法的特点是在环氧树脂中加入丁稀释剂丙撑氧，以实现完全浸透。而且，为了更加严谨，G.G.LOW等一直是切取浸渍钨粉块的下端贴在换能器上。     高阻抗背衬的另一个技术难点是与压电晶片的粘贴。为了不损伤晶片，并使低粘度环氧树脂胶层尽量薄，E.P.Papadak采用了带橡胶半球的非均匀加压装置。   二、探头维修故障率及原因     根据我们对B超探头维修的经验，探头出现的问题主要有晶体故障、透镜故障、护套损坏、外壳损坏、电缆线外漏和电路板烧坏，维修时也是从这几个方面进行检查修复。     探头的损坏主要集中在电缆线外漏、外壳损坏和护套损坏几个方面，而这几个方面的损坏大都是因为使用时间过长或操作人员使用不当，探头受到外界影响而出现故障。晶体故障主要是操作人员使用时不小心将探头碰在硬物上，使探头开裂，晶片破碎或者是使用的耦合剂不合格，长期使用对探头损坏较大，严重的会使探头表面起泡、开裂。透镜的故障主要是长期使用造成自然磨损、划痕、开裂、腐蚀、脱胶、起泡或外力碰撞造成的损坏。当操作人员不正常安装或拆卸探头和开关机时操作不当，还会造成电路板烧坏。   三、探头的维修经验小结： 1、维修是一个理论和实践相结合的过程。     作为一名专业的维修工程技术人员，不仅要熟悉B超机的工作原理，还要熟悉探头的各个部件和作用，熟悉探头各个部件间的关系。不要被不同厂家、不同型号的探头（甚至没有见过的探头）所吓倒，因为B超机的工作原理相通，各种探头的结构也相拟。在熟悉掌握B超仪基本原理的基础上，根据故障现象结合电路图来分析造成故障的原因和可能损坏的器件；甚至在没有电路图纸的情况下，根据机器自检系统提供的信息为线索，根据探头各部件之间存在的密切联系，来检查推测判断故障的位置及原因。最常有的检查方法可采用电阻测量，电流测量，电压测量，波形测量，元件代换和信号追踪，在维修的时候不能忽略任何一个细节。   2、指标调校是维修过程的最后环节。     一个维修过程一般分为五个环节：了解故障，分析故障，故障检查，故障排除，指标调校。探头修复后，维修工作还没有结束，还必须对检修过的探头进行指标调试和校验，经过指标调试和校验，探头能够恢复到最佳状态，整个维修过程才算全部结束。如果有可能，最好能参与一些仪器设备的研发工作，因为设计比维修要高一个层次。以设计的思路进行维修，虽然要求更高，但对于今后的维修更能得心应手。   3、重视预防性维修是医疗器械工程技术人员的基本要求。     B超探头是超声诊断仪的关键部件，直接影响图像的质量和诊断的效果，而其使用频繁，因此造成损坏的可能性非常的大，又因为B超探头价格比较贵，因此重视预防性维修是医疗器械工程技术人员的基本要求。预防性维护保养，预防性维修是一项经常性细致的工作，做得好，做得认真，做得严格，可以减少很多故障的发生。在超探头出现的很多故障中，除了探头本身的自然损耗必须更换新探头之外，探头的使用环境较差以及人为故障等等，这些因素引起的故障都是可以通过预防性维修来避免的，不可等到有故障了才去想到维修。 <p style="font-size: 16px;
