<p>7月10日，欧盟反垄断机构新闻发言人称，日本佳能集团可能会遭受欧盟的反垄断调查，并被处于29亿美元的天价罚单。</p><p> </p><p> 2016年3月，因财务造假陷入经营危机的东芝宣布出售旗下医疗系统子公司，该公司主要从事MRI、X射线检查仪等的生产和销售。同年12月，佳能宣布完成对东芝医疗系统的收购程序，收购金额为6655亿日元（约合人民币197亿元）。</p><p> </p><p> 然而，欧盟反垄断机构在最近的发言中表示，佳能在完成了对东芝医疗系统的收购之后才向欧盟进行登记，而这可能已经违反了相关的规定，形成了垄断的事实，可能会对该公司处以最高年营收10%的罚款。</p><p> </p><p> 2016年，佳能集团营业额达到34014.87亿日元（约合299亿美元），按照最高年营收10%的罚款，数额将会为29亿美元。如果这一处罚落地，也将创下新的罚单纪录。</p><p> </p><p> 实际上，佳能收购东芝医疗系统，不仅仅是欧盟，美国和中国的反垄断机构亦曾予以关注和调查。</p><p> </p><p> 2017年1月，中国商务部曾发布行政处罚决定书称，经查，佳能收购东芝医疗构成未依法申报违法实施的经营者集中，但不具有排除、限制竞争的效果，决定对佳能处以30万元罚款的行政处罚。</p><p> </p><p> 针对欧盟反垄断机构的罚款警告，佳能方面则表示，将在适当的时侯做出回应，在欧盟做出决定前不会发表任何看法。</p><p><br /></p><p><br /></p><p><br /></p><p style="font-size: 16px;
