powered-by="gulangu"><section><br  /></section></section></section><section><section powered-by="gulangu"><section><p><span>分析过程</span><br  /></p></section></section></section></section><section powered-by="gulangu"><p><strong>一、原理</strong></p></section><section powered-by="gulangu"><p><strong>首先220VAC经高压板上的4个470UF大电容转换成瞬间400VDC高压，给设备镜头里面的闪光灯提供瞬间高压。</strong></p><p><strong>再通过曝光杆上面的按钮，给出曝光信号到主板，触发高压板，从而达到曝光效果。</strong></p><p><strong>最后将拍摄到的眼底图像，传送到电脑上，显示出来。</strong></p></section><section powered-by="gulangu"><p><strong>二、分析</strong></p></section><section powered-by="gulangu"><p><strong>根据故障①描述的，<span>移动到</span>特定位置不能曝光，其他可以。</strong></p><p><strong>说明曝光系统整个环节正常，判定内部线路在特定位置出现接触不良导致按钮失效。</strong></p><p><strong>根据故障②描述的，只有曝光的时候才会有电流声，初步判断高压板输出部分电压脉冲异常或者接口接触不良。</strong></p></section><section powered-by="gulangu"><section><p><strong>解决方法</strong></p></section></section></section></section><section powered-by="gulangu"><p><strong><span>①：</span><span>首先</span><span>拆开曝光杆，<span>蜂鸣档</span>检测内部微动开关管脚，均正常，<span>故</span>排除。</span></strong></p></section><section powered-by="gulangu"><section><p><img powered-by="gulangu"><p><strong><span>关机，拔出接在上面的高压线缆，用酒精清洁接口处，接回去线缆，试机，故障依旧。</span></strong></p></section><section powered-by="gulangu"><section><p><img
