powered-by="gulangu"><p><strong>接通电源，开机，扳手指示灯亮红色，三角形检查灯亮橙色。</strong></p><p><strong>扬声器一直长鸣报警。</strong></p><p><strong>自检可以正常通过。</strong></p><p><strong>可以正常使用通气，屏幕上没有任何报错显示。</strong></p><p><strong>进入报错信息里面，出现报错代码201。</strong></p><p><strong>点击Clear powered-by="gulangu"><section><p><span>分析过程</span><br  /></p></section></section></section></section><section powered-by="gulangu"><p><span><strong>一、原理</strong></span></p><p><span><strong>空气：呼吸机经进气口的空气过滤片吸入周围的空气。（保证进来的气体是干净的）</strong></span></p><p><span><strong>并由送气机增压，经过限压阀(PVA)对系统流量及压力调节后。（为呼吸机提供合适的动力源。限压阀PVA受控于气流电子压力系统（PAS）。）</strong></span></p><p><span><strong>来到气流模块（AFM）相当于流量传感器，监测呼吸机总体的气体流量，并将数据传送到主控制子系统（MCS）。</strong></span><strong>最后将空气送到到外部呼吸管路中。（取决于屏幕控制子系统（D/CS）输入的参数信号，传送到主控制子系统（MCS）和气流电子压力系统（PAS），来决定气体的流量和压力。同时将数据显示在屏幕上。）</strong></p><p><strong>氧气：终端上的氧气经呼吸机的氧气模块控制后。（氧气模块受控于MCS，用来调节氧浓度。）</strong></p></section><section powered-by="gulangu"><p><strong>经过气流模块（AFM），和空气一起汇入，送到外部呼吸管路中。</strong></p><p><strong>外部呼吸管路：是一个闭合回路，通过压力管来监测呼吸回路的气体压力。</strong></p><p><strong>压力管将压力信号传送到主控制子系统（MCS）。</strong></p></section><section powered-by="gulangu"><p><strong>自检能通过说明呼吸机内部关键部位的元器件没有问题。</strong></p><p><strong>能正常通气说明整个呼吸系统，控制模块功能正常。</strong></p><p><strong>屏幕上没有任何报错，说明呼吸机关键参数正常。</strong></p><p><strong>以上三点足以证明呼吸机没有任何问题，可能有隐藏报错或者遗留报错没有消除掉。</strong></p><p><strong>通过进入报错信息里面的报错代码201，且无法清除，可以断定就是它引发的长鸣。</strong></p></section><section powered-by="gulangu"><section><p><strong>解决方法</strong></p></section></section></section></section><section powered-by="gulangu"><p><strong>①按左下角第一个键Monitoring监测键进入监测屏幕。</strong></p></section><section powered-by="gulangu"><p><strong><br  /></strong></p><p><strong>②点击Options进去界面后，选择Error Messages，可以看到里面有遗留的报错信息代码201。</strong></p></section><section powered-by="gulangu"><section><p><img Messages清除报错，发现故障依旧，再次选择Error Messages，报错代码201还在。</strong></p></section><section powered-by="gulangu"><section><p><img src="image/20201019/7ae51f8590c6596e63bbddfab01e8b6f_8.jpg" powered-by="gulangu"><p><strong>④通过查阅手册了解到报错代码201的意思是：MCS主控制板上的镍镉电池电量过低报警。它会引发扳手指示灯亮伴随长鸣，且无法清除。只能等镍镉电池充满电量后，报警代码201才可以清除同时扳手指示灯灭掉。并且要在设备运行的界面，才能对镍镉电池进行充电。</strong></p></section><section powered-by="gulangu"><p><strong>⑤拆进去主板，测量镍镉电池电压4.04V。此时设备依旧报警。</strong></p></section><section powered-by="gulangu"><section><p><img src="image/20201019/90a8150c54311a8527b5cb47e611e1d0_11.jpg" /></p></section></section><section powered-by="gulangu"><p><strong>⑥开机运行半小时左右，再次测量镍镉电池电压4.24V。此时设备不报警，进入报错信息里面，清除代码后，扳手指示灯灭，设备恢复正常。</strong></p></section><section powered-by="gulangu"><section><p><img
