/></p></section></section><section powered-by="gulangu"><p><strong>②接通电源,开机,设备进入自动清洗后。选择自动模式,到了吸取样本这一步,吸样针出针的时候,立马报错并返回。同时出现报错代码:“Tube Clamp &nbsp;Error &nbsp;Sampler Mode Aborted Rester Rack Sampler powered-by="gulangu"><section><p><span>分析过程</span><br  /></p></section></section></section></section><section powered-by="gulangu"><p><span><strong>一、原理</strong></span></p><p><strong><span>提取试剂的原理:将样品盒上的样品杯,传送到上面的对应的样品槽,再送到取样槽。</span></strong></p><p><strong><span>再由取样器上升到与取样槽相对应的高度,然后平移至取样槽,通过取样夹夹住样品杯后,平移至原来位置,取样夹上下摆动,作混合摇匀的动作。</span></strong></p><p><strong><span>然后摆动至向下,对准吸样针,同时吸样针出针至样品杯,将样品杯里面的试剂,吸取到内部。</span></strong></p></section><section powered-by="gulangu"><p><strong><span>取样器动作的原理:上升与下降通过气杆内部有无气体来实现。</span></strong></p><p><strong><span>气杆连接着气管接到气体模块,气体模块有电磁阀,用来控制气杆内部气体从而控制气杆的上升与下降。上升与下降分别有2个微动开关来作限位。</span></strong></p><p><strong><span>平移的原理与上升下降的原理一致。</span></strong></p><p><strong><span>平移与上升所对应的气杆均受同一个气体模块来控制。</span></strong></p></section><section powered-by="gulangu"><p><strong>①通过报错代码可以将其翻译为:“手动上升 位置错误 取样模式终止重置机架 取样器不可用”。</strong></p><p><strong>根据故障现象①</strong><strong>,取样器</strong><strong><span>可以平移,</span></strong><strong>无法上升。</strong></p><p><strong>将问题锁定在以下:①微动开关。②气杆。③气管漏气。④电磁阀损坏。</strong><br  /></p><p><strong>②通过报错代码可以将其翻译为:“取样夹错误&nbsp;取样模式终止重置机架 取样器不可用”。</strong></p><p><strong>根据故障现象②,吸样针缩回。</strong></p><p><strong>可以将问题锁定在以下</strong><strong></strong><strong>:①</strong><strong>吸样针与样品杯</strong><strong><span>位置</span></strong><strong>是否有对准中心点。②传感器是否脏了导致误触发。</strong></p></section><section powered-by="gulangu"><section><p><strong>解决方法</strong></p></section></section></section></section><section powered-by="gulangu"><p><strong>①</strong><strong><span>万用表蜂鸣档</span></strong><strong>检测对应升降的2个微动开关,均正常。观察气管管路均正常。尝试</strong><strong><span>手动</span></strong><strong>推动气杆无法动作</strong><strong><span>,但是可以</span></strong><strong><span>轻松</span></strong><strong><span>平</span></strong><strong>移,判定气杆卡死或者损坏。拆出来气杆,手动将其往上拉后,恢复正常。装机试机,可以正常升降,报错消失。</strong></p><p><strong>②调整取样夹夹片,使其更加紧固。</strong></p></section><section powered-by="gulangu"><p><strong></strong><strong>手动将</strong><strong><span>取样杯放取样夹上面并</span></strong><strong>对准吸样针口,发现位置偏移。通过调整取样器上面三个螺丝,调整位置到中心处,已经修复。</strong></p></section><section
