【高颜值】专业公共卫生机构上演“过山车”：3年时间，从新增21541家到减少11499家！

powered-by="gulangu"><section><section><p>3月16日，国家卫计委统计信息中心（以下简称信息中心）公布截止2017年11月底的全国医疗卫生信息。</p><p><br  /></p><p>整理了2011-2017年期间全国医疗卫生机构数据，从医院、基层卫生机构、专业公共卫生机构等7年的数据变化中，我们发现了一些有意思的情况：</p><p><br  /></p><section><section powered-by="gulangu"><section><section><section><p><span><strong>全国医疗卫生机构数量：总体上升，个别年份数量激增</strong></span></p></section></section></section></section></section></section></section><section powered-by="gulangu"><section><section><p><br  /></p><p><strong>截至2017年11月底，</strong><strong>全国医疗卫生机构数达99.3万个</strong>。与2016年11月底比较，全国医疗卫生机构增加1632个，其中：医院增加1543个，<span><strong><span>基层医疗卫生机构增加7601个，专业公共卫生机构减少7190个。</span></strong></span></p><p><strong><span><br  /></span></strong></p><p><strong><span></span></strong></p><p><p><img /></p></p><p><span>2011-2017年全国医疗机构数据（数据来源于国家卫计委信息统计）</span></p><p><br  /></p><p>2011-2017年，全国卫生机构数量总体趋势是上升的。在2014年，全国总体卫生机构数量出现了较大幅度的增加，对比医院、基层医疗机构以及专业医疗机构的数据趋势变化，可知，2014年增长幅度较大的原因主要在于<strong>计划生育技术服务机构。</strong></p><p><strong><br  /></strong></p><section><section data-width="100%"><section><section><p><strong>2</strong></p></section><section></section></section></section></section><p><span><strong>全国医院数量：公立医院逐年递减，民营医院逐年增加</strong></span><br  /></p><p><br  /><strong><br  /></strong></p><p><strong>截至2017年11月底，医院3.0万个</strong>，其中：公立医院12181个，民营医院18113个。与2016年11月底比较，<span><strong><span>公立医院减少566个，民营医院增加2109个。&nbsp;</span></strong></span></p><p><strong><span><br  /></span></strong></p><p><strong><span></span></strong></p><p><p><img /></p></p><p><span>2011-2017年全国公立医院与民营医院数据对比（数据来源于国家卫计委信息统计）</span></p><p><br  /></p><p>总体上来看，医院总数是逐年增加的，且增加幅度基本都不太大。但公立医院与民营医院的数量呈完全相反的趋势发展：公立医院逐年递减，民营医院逐年增加，充分体现了社会办医的积极性。而公立医院因为种种原因，或遭改制或被卖，基本上每年都会“消失”上百家公立医院。</p><p><br  /></p><p><p><img data-width="100%"><section><section><p><strong>3</strong></p></section><section><br  /></section></section></section></section><p><span><strong>基层医疗机构数据：总体上升，个别年份小幅度减少</strong></span></p><p><span><strong><br  /></strong></span></p><p><br  /></p><p><strong>基层医疗卫生机构93.8万个</strong>，其中：社区卫生服务中心(站)3.4万个，乡镇卫生院3.7万个，村卫生室63.8万个，诊所(医务室)21.2万个。与2016年11月底比较，诊所增加，社区卫生服务中心（站）、乡镇卫生院和村卫生室均减少。</p><p><br  /></p><p><p><img /></p></p><p><span>2011-2017年基层医疗机构数据（数据来源于<span>国家卫计委信息统计</span>）</span></p><p><span><br  /></span></p><p>2011-2016年间，我国基层医疗卫生机构总体呈现上升趋势，但增速比较缓慢。其中，在2013、2014年期间，机构数量出现一定幅度减少，主要是因为<strong>村卫生室数量减少所致。</strong></p><p><strong><br  /></strong></p><section><section data-width="100%"><section><section><p><strong>4</strong></p></section><section><br  /></section></section></section></section><p><span><strong>专业公共卫生机构：数据“<strong>过山车</strong>”，只因“<span>它</span>”</strong></span></p><p><strong><br  /></strong></p><p><strong><br  /></strong></p><p><strong>截止2017年11月，全国专业公共卫生机构2.2万个</strong>，其中：疾病预防控制中心3481个，卫生监督所（中心）3132个。与2016年11月底比较，疾病预防控制中心数量较少6个，卫生监督所（中心）减少3个。<span><strong><span>计划生育技术服务机构1.0万个，比去年同期减少7197个。</span></strong></span></p><p><strong><span><br  /></span></strong></p><p><strong><span></span></strong></p><p><p><img
