powered-by="gulangu"><section><section><p><span>根据平均占比可以看出,医生的<strong>主要收入来源是基本工资,其次就是医院奖金、科室奖金</strong>。这三项占比高达87.74%,其次的是福利津贴,政府补贴,年终奖。其他诸如互联网问诊收入,企业赞助,多点执业,教育科研收入,媒体平台收入,线上线下授课,书籍出版稿费收入等占比比较少,共计1.61%。</span></p><p><span><br  /></span></p></section></section></section><section 调查数据显示<strong>,仅有1%的医生表示对自己的收入非常满意</strong>,还有10%的医生认为基本满意。而医生期望的人均年收入能够达到&nbsp;14.4 万元,有58%的医生希望收入翻倍甚至更多。期望与现实差距有点大。</span></p><p><span>&nbsp;</span></p><p><span>2.
