powered-by="gulangu"><section><section><p><span>PET/CT(正电子发射断层及X射线计算机体层摄影成像系统)是肿瘤疾病诊治最为常用和重要的影像设备之一,在病灶发现、鉴别以及后续治疗评估方面发挥重要作用。然而目前,据中华医学会核医学分会最新的数据统计,<span>我国百万人口PET/CT保有量为0.24台,这个数字在美国为7.8台,日本为3.8台</span>,差距非常大。</span></p><p><br  /></p><section powered-by="gulangu"><section><section><p><span>采用SiPM(硅PM)的探测器让PET/CT正式进入数字化时代,而今天,数字化的SiPM探测器,整合独有的拓扑结构设计以及CR(Compton powered-by="gulangu"><section><section><p><span>TOF技术,即飞行时间技术,是通过测量来自正电子湮灭产生的一对光子到达相对两个探测器的时间差,计算出湮灭发生的具体位置的一项创新性技术,也被公认是在核医学领域非常突破性的技术,让传统PET/CT影像信噪比平均提升了12%。</span></p><p><br  /></p></section></section></section><section powered-by="gulangu"><section><section><p><span><span>Ultra-TOF又一次实现了算法上的突破,从目前2~3次迭代已经到达算法瓶颈直接跳跃到实现25次迭代计算,同时去除图像噪声,让图像信噪比实现了200%提升。</span>这样的创新给临床上带来的改变就是:图像更加清晰,5毫米范围的微小病灶显示更清晰,并通过更精准的代谢活性计算,提供给临床更加精准的、定量诊断信息。尤其是在疾病诊断鉴别和疗效评估阶段,可以通过更加准确的SUV值来判断肿瘤分期,判断治疗前后效果,制定更有针对性的治疗方案。</span></p></section></section></section></section></section></section></section></section></section></section></section></section><p><span>&nbsp;</span></p><section
