/></p><p><span>质子治疗是新一代放疗技术，质子治疗通过调节质子束的深度和形状，对肿瘤进行高能量的“定向狙击”。质子束可以经过对肿瘤所在位置深度的调节，在皮肤附近以及到达肿瘤之前抑制能量的释放，一旦到达肿瘤时便会瞬间释放大剂量的能量，经过肿瘤后又马上停止释放能量，形成名为“布拉格峰”的能量释放轨迹。</span></p><p><span><br /></p><p><span>通过对“布拉格峰”的深度及形状按照实际肿瘤的大小和位置进行调节，实现立体定向性的高效治疗。质子束在狙击肿瘤时释放最大能量，之后马上停止释放，这个能量释放轨迹被称为“布拉格峰”。并且，可以按照肿瘤的大小和体内所处深度调节质子束，调节后的能量释放轨迹又称为“扩大布拉格峰”，具体原理可以查看下方视频。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><iframe /></p><p><span>而重离子治疗则是一种使用重粒子（碳离子）射线的放射线治疗，放射线中比电子重的被称为粒子线，比氦离子线重的被称为重粒子线。重粒子线治疗技术是用加速到约光速的70%的重粒子（碳离子）线进行照射，攻击体内深处的癌细胞。可按照肿瘤病灶的形状和位置（深度）集中照射。调节专用器具“准直器”“补偿过滤器”使得能根据肿瘤病灶形状进行适形照射。<strong>质子和重离子技术是国际公认被誉为目前最先进、精准、高效和安全的放射治疗方法。</strong></span></p><p><br /><strong><span>质子治疗中心的建设耗时、耗材、耗力。从设备购买、楼房设计、施工建设、设备进口、安装调试、人员培训、建成投用一系列工作，少则数年，多则十几年，才能完成一个独立的质子中心的建设。设备往往高达十几米，重达20吨，一般医院根本没有场地安装如此巨大的设备，因此每一个质子/重离子设备的安装都是一项庞大的土木工程，每年设备维护费用需上千万。因此质子/重离子治疗的弊端就不可避免的显现出来——治疗价格昂贵。</span></strong></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>有多贵？据了解全球各国质子/重离子治疗的收费标准有一定差异，美国按次收费，一般治疗完成需要12-15万美元，约折合人民币90万元左右；日本在300万日圆之下，相当于18万人民币左右；德国需要5-6万欧元，约人民币40万左右；国内价格在20-30万人民币左右。这样的价位，是绝大多数普通家庭难以承担的，因此<span>蔡晓红</span>委员的提案才如此广受关注。</span></p><p><span><br /><span></span></p><p><span><span><span>数据显示，我国恶性肿瘤每年发病数量和死亡数量都高居不下</span>，<span>为了实现2030年前将全国整体癌症5年生存率提升至不低于46.6%的目标</span>，国家<span>斥重资于甘肃建造自主知识产权碳离子治疗系统</span>，这也是我国第一家、世界第四家掌握重离子临床治疗技术的机构，现已投入使用<span>（</span><a /></p><p><span>编者按：毫无疑问，将重离子治疗纳入医保绝对是惠民利民的举措，但编者对此抱有一丝迟疑，昂贵的治疗费用为国民接受这种国际顶尖治疗手段树立了明确的门槛，但质子/重离子中心仍旧令有相应经济能力的患者趋之若鹜，因此即便重离子治疗纳入医保的提案实现，以每位患者每次治疗20-60分钟来计算，<span>我国仅有的重离子医院</span>恐怕也没有能力接诊绝大多数的患者。因此虽然提案是一件好事，但编者认为我国更迫切的是添置更多的质子/重离子设备，也许随着未来此类设备实现轻量化、小型化，治疗费用会自然降低也说不定呢？</span><br
