关于原厂售后服务标准，临床专家怎么说？

data-bgopacity="30%"><span>医疗器械的售后服务虽然最终是服务于患者，但售后服务是否合格，更有话语权的应当是每天与设备为伴的临床医生们。以往我们实际上很难听到临床医生对于售后服务的看法和需求，在《GE 1.5T磁共振成像系统原厂售后服务专家共识》（以下简称《共识》）正式发布的前夕，采访到了工作在临床一线的共识编写者和受益者，让我们来听听他们怎么看待医疗器械售后服务。</span></section><section data-bgless="spin" data-bgopacity="30%"><br  /></section><p><span>在我国，医疗器械维修工作很多医院都不重视。医院普遍缺乏高水平医疗器械维修人员，有相关人员技术水平也偏低，不懂得现在不同种类、范围的现代化器械维修技术，维修人员的技术与方法都不能跟上现代化医疗器械维修的需求。很多从业人员技术比较单一，对现代化医疗器械束手无策，行业缺乏统一共识性的指南。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><p><img /></p><p><span>随着设备的升级，1.5T磁共振设备逐渐老化，状态不稳定，<span>因此也愈发需要涵盖全生命周期的售后服务来保障设备的使用效率和运营效益。</span>“售后服务本就不应该只是维修，对设备性能的开发，对设备使用人员技术的后续培训，都应该是在售后范畴。”青岛黄岛区人民医院放射科主任-王其军在采访中说到：“一次性培训根本无法满足基层医师的需求，<span>大多数技师，很少去改动厂家设定的参数</span>，因此导致设备无法达到最佳状态，而<span>诊断医生对参数方面并不是专家，不能保证面对复杂情况设置好参数，最终导致图像质量不够理想，所以</span>只有<strong><span>通过长期的指导与赋能，助力临床效率和准确度的提升</span></strong>”。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span><strong><span>1、原厂售后服务，不仅仅是维修</span></strong></span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>王其军主任告诉记者：“此次参与了《共识》编写的GE公司的售后服务就不是仅限于维修、维护，而是配合推出了比较新的售后服务模式，比如会直接到现场给提供有针对性的个性化培训服务等，这样的设备生产商参与到《共识》的编写中来，可以更好的为设备参数订制标准”。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><p><img /></p><p><span>医院购买设备后，很难做到随时关注设备状态，而这时原厂维修的远程监控，如GE医疗的APM远程数字化的监控系统的价值就被显现出来，包括液氦压力、温湿度器检测、房间温度、机器的运行情况等关键信息均可远程监测，便于医生实时在手机终端上查看设备数据，实时报警、远程报修，最大化确保设备运维安全。“在疫情期间，我们医院有一台在隔离区的设备，这台设备上的数字化监控以及远程预警的系统，可以让我们技师们在不进入隔离区的情况下就随时了解设备的运行情况。”许昌市中心医院影像科主任-张国富这样说道：“尽管原厂维修往往要比第三方维修报价略高，但原厂的实时监控能够略过故障评估等环节，从而得</span><span>到更高的效率，可见原厂服务提供的价值也更高”。</span></p><p><strong><span><br  /></span></strong></p><p><strong><span>2、数字化赋能，挖宝设备价值</span></strong><br  /></p><p><br  /><span></span></p><p><span>以往原厂售后除了成本方面的考量，还有难以辐射偏远地区的弊端，这给了很多第三方维修服务商一定的生存空间，但随着远程系统的出现，原厂售后简化了设备维修流程，让响应速度更加迅捷。</span><br  /></p><p><span><br  /></span></p><p><span>“不久前，GE的工程师通过远程监控发现我院的一台设备参数异常，在我们还没有报修的情况下上门维修，避免造成更大损失。”张国富主任最后说到：“远程系统能够给临床予以远程支持，医院医工也能够通过远程系统更好的维护设备。在安装了APM之后，科室人力成本降低了30-40%左右。”</span></p><p><span><br /><span></span></p><p><span><span>据悉，此次发布的《共识》对</span><strong>人员资质、备件供应、服务网点、工具配备、客服中心</strong><span>五个方面做出了解</span>读。</span><span>作为《共识》编撰专家之一，</span><span>重庆医科大学医学影像技术系主任 -吕发金主任直言道：“详尽的一份专家共识，会为设备的维修维保带来积极作用”，他还说到：“随着国家基层卫生体系的快速成长，很多地区都面临售后服务人员的缺失，这也就造成了部分第三方工程师资质不全就紧急上岗，<span>特别是现在设备又发展的很快，如果没有经过专业培训，好多问题既没遇到过，又对新设备不太熟悉，就会存在着在维修过程中不专业，不能准确判断故障所在，大大降低维修效率</span>”。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>《共识》还对部分参数提供了标准，厂家为客户提供设备维修、预防性维护、远程应用、设备标准扫描参数现场应用等售后服务时，推荐执行设备原厂的标准扫描参数进行成像，实施售后服务临床应用评价工作</span><span>。不仅如此，《共识》还将提出4大常见部位、21个扫描序列参与和标准的图像参考，帮助设备使用者从临床角度检验设备维修服务质量。</span></p><p><br /></p></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>行业标准的重新定义，代表着行业对于服务有了更高的要求，设备维修、维护已经不能作为售后服务的唯一标准，如配合编写《共识》的GE医疗，就已经把整个售后服务延展成一个集“养、用、修、学”为一体的产业，在设备维修的基础上创造大量增值服务，丰富用户体验，这或许才是医疗器械售后服务市场未来的努力方向。</span><br 1.5T磁共振成像系统原厂售后服务专家共识》编写专家组成员名单中看到很多MR终端用户的参与，有了一线临床工作者的参与，才能使这份《共识》真正贴近临床需求。据悉，目前这份《共识》将于6月12日正式发布，将对《共识》的发布和发布后对行业的改变继续保持关注。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><p><img
