/></p><p><span>Aerial治疗床面结合了精确可重复的摆位固定和整个治疗区域的均匀性。该治疗床面近期已获得美国FDA审批通过，其延展部分之下没有轨道或其他障碍物，这最大限度地减少了空气间隙，改善了半影和治疗计划质量。当与Orfit HP PRO面罩一起使用时，<strong>Aerial延展可用于颅外和脑、头颈部治疗。</strong><strong>使用3点单层HP PRO面罩可以将靶区边缘减少到1毫米。</strong></span></p><p><span><br  /></span></p><p><span><strong><span>MEVION S250质子治疗系统</span></strong></span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>Aerial治疗床面将用于迈胜医疗的MEVION S250质子治疗系统，2011年10月1日，知名的美国质子放疗设备研发机构 Still River Systems 宣布更名为 MEVION Medical Systems, Inc.，同时推出 MEVION S250 质子放疗系统，该系统有以下几大特点。</span></p><p><span><br  /></span></p><p><span><strong><span>1、同步加速器主机采用超导技术，极大地缩小了主机的尺寸和重量，并有效地解决了散热问题和减少耗电量，实现了回旋加速器主机的小型化、轻量化、低耗能。</span></strong></span></p><p><span><br  /></span></p><p><span>MEVION S250 质子放疗系统的同步加速器主机中，上下两对平行的动态环形磁极使用了TriNiobium Tin (Nb3Sn) 三铌化锡 (或称铌三锡) 的金属超导化合物材料制成。有报道称采用铌三锡金属超导化合物材料的直线型加速管，其单个加速腔的最高“能量梯度”可达到 59MeV/M，峰值梯度甚至达到 120MeV/M。</span></p><p><span><br  /></span></p><p><span>采用铌三锡超导化的磁极，由于电流阻抗在超导状态下几乎消失，使磁极的磁场强度大增；电流在交变状态下，可迅即建立加速电场或磁场，利于提高同步的激励频率，保证束流同步加速效率，并大幅减少了冷却要求；可在较小半径的环形磁极情况下，即可轻易达到 250MeV 束流能量的输出，从而满足质子加速器实现小型化、轻量化的要求。</span></p><p><span><br /></p><p><span><strong><span>2、同步加速器主机直接安装在回转机架上，无需外部的束流传送系统和选能降能系统，实现“一机一房”的简约建造理念，明显地减低了工程的复杂性和建设成本。</span></strong></span></p><p><span><br  /></span></p><p><span>除了主机的回旋加速器之外，典型的质子放疗系统还需要一系列的束流传输系统，将质子束流从回旋加速器引出并传送到机架上的治疗头而出束，以及能量选择系统，以调节适合治疗所需的射线能量。因此通常质子放疗系统的回旋加速器主机都有庞大的提及和重量。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><p><img src="image/20201014/a49b790d9ef07d11a8babe1b11805dcb_4.jpg" /></p></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>为了顺利建造一座典型的质子放疗中心的机房建筑，还有很多苛刻的施工条件和工艺要求。例如，机房所在地的土壤承压力需达到10吨/cm2 的压强水平，以满足在主机房内 5m x 5m的位置上安装一个近 250 吨重的回旋加速器主机，以及在周边临时安置一架可吊重 800 吨的吊车。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>MEVIONS250 的同步加速器主机采用超导技术后，加速器主机的直径缩小到约 1.8m，重量少于 20吨，可被直接安装在一运转机架上；从加速器直接引出射束，无需偏转系统；并使机架系统实现了小型化，节省了建筑成本。</span></p><p><span><br 质子放疗系统具有十分明显的小型化和轻量化的优势，适合采用“一套系统一个机房”或称“一机一房”的建造样式，将大大节省建设一个质子放疗中心的复杂性和建设成本，同时大幅度地节省了束流调试的时间。十分适合商业推广。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span><strong><span>3、系统配置可与 CT/MR 等影像设备配合，通过 RoboCouch 六维机械臂治疗床技术，实现质子放疗的 IGRT、ART，和动态跟踪技术的应用。</span></strong></span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>本文标题将Aerial? 质子治疗床面成为MEVION S250的新品图不是没有理由的，事实上在此之前MEVION S250已经集成了多家公司的技术打磨产品。如2007年10月30日，迈胜的前身 Still River 与 Accuray 达成了转让 CyberKnife 配套的RoboCouch 六维机械臂治疗床技术的合作协议。因此MEVION S250得以安装RoboCouch机械臂治疗床。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><p><img src="image/20201014/e6419a3eccb186af9d3764c820b06c3e_6.jpg" /></p></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>RoboCouch 机械臂治疗床，使床面伸展的距离增加，因此允许MEVION S250在质子束治疗范围之外额外安装一台 CT 机，甚至是一台 MRI，方便对病人进行定位验证，以便施行质子放疗的 IGRT 和
