扛不住了，申请破产保护，也让背后的资本方</span><span><strong>哈药股份再度饱受质疑，或成为最惨的“接盘侠”。</strong></span></p><p><span><br  /></span></p><p><span>截止至当地时间6月24日，美国老牌保健食品公司GNC（美国健安喜控股有限公司）表示，已申请破产保护，称计划关闭7300家门店中的1200家。公司声明指出，已根据美国破产法第11章规定申请破产保护，以使得公司在重整资产负债表或完成出售的程序时维持业务营运。</span></p><p><span><br  /></span></p><p><p><img /></p><p><span>GNC，全球最大的保健品牌，成立于1935年，总部设在美国宾夕法尼亚州匹兹堡，于2011年4月在美国纽约证券交易所上市，曾被连续二十年被评选为美国第一的营养品专业零售品牌。主要产品有维他命、矿物质、草本保健品、运动营养品、减肥产品等等。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>新冠病毒对于GNC的打击是巨大的，由于<span>GNC多数的门店都是在购物中心与街边，在疫情期间更是被迫面临客流量下滑</span>、销售额进一步减少的情况，使得今年GNC第一季度的销售额下降了10.1％。疫情还直接导致GNC1.575亿美元的资产减值。第一季度的净亏损为2.001亿美元，比上年同期的净亏损的12倍。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span><strong><span>债务重组并不包括GNC中国</span></strong></span></p><p><span><strong><span>哈药集团或接盘</span></strong></span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>对于哈药集团想必很多国人并不会陌生，他有一句家喻户晓的广告词："自打吃了盖中盖，腰不酸了腿不疼了，走路也有劲儿了，一口气上五楼，不费劲儿"，“盖中盖”一举成为了哈药股份的核心产品，并贡献了大部分的业绩。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>而在2019年2月14日，哈药集团投资3亿美元，成为美国健安喜GNC的最大单一股东，持有40.1%股份。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>多年来，美国健安喜虽然一直在提高销售额来偿还近10亿美元的债务，然而2020年的新冠疫情终究还是成为了压死它的最后一根稻草，6月25日，GNC中国公告称，GNC北美以外的公司实体，包括GNC与哈药股份在中国的合资公司，并不在破产重组第11章程序范畴内，故本次债务重组并不包括GNC中国，哈药股份仍持有GNC中国65%的股权，</span><span><strong>这样看来，<span>美国保健巨头GNC不但没有给哈药集团拓展开外市场带来生机</span></strong></span><strong><span>，反而让它亏损了12亿元人民币，成了最惨的"接盘侠"。</span></strong><br /></span></strong></span></p><p><span>在科研投入这块，哈药集团并没有没有像在广告投放上大手大脚。众所周知一家医药研发企业最大的投入应该是医药研发，而哈药集团哪怕是在2013年的巅峰时期，其研发投入只有2.51亿元，远远不及在广告上的投放占比，也可以说哈药集团作为一家著名的医药企业，哈药集团在医药研发的投入上占比一直都非常低。</span><strong><span>从2017年至2019年，哈药集团其研发费用分别为1.42亿、1.37亿和1.25亿元。对比研发见长的恒瑞医药，同时间的研发费用分别为17.59亿、26.70亿和38.96亿元。相比之下，哈药的研发态度一目了然。</span></strong></p><p><strong><span><br  /></span></strong></p><p><span>医药行业，在疫情中必然有强需求，以2003年非典期间医药股的市场表现为例，虽然前期医疗行业遭遇了短暂的爆炒，但后期医药行业还是没有跑赢市场，反而在疫情结束后，出现报复性下跌。当医药行业都在关注口罩、双黄连的投机暴利，没有人踏踏实实做新药研究，这必然造成劣币驱逐良币。恐怕哈药集团就是各个医药企业最应该引以为戒的例子，目前研发大概是摆在哈药面前的唯一出路了。</span></p><p><br
