/></p><p><span>上世纪60年代,科学家们发现,有一种技术能够</span><span><strong>完美解决PET的</strong></span><span><span><strong><span>低灵敏度和低分辨率的瓶颈,做到“扫描速度与图像质量”兼得。</span></strong></span><span>那就是飞行时间技术(Time of Flight,TOF),TOF成熟于上世纪80年代,是工业界公认的PET技术发展的终极方向。</span></span></p><p><span><br /></span></p><p><span>患者在进行PET/CT检查前,需要先进行药物注射,药物会被病灶组织选择性吸收,并会发生正电子湮灭反应,连续地发出γ光子,γ光子以成对的形式出现,方向相反成180度,轨迹在同一条直线上即响应线。PET探测器围绕人体呈环状,可以接受发自人体不同方向的伽马光子。</span></p><p><br /></p><p><p><img /></p><p><span>TOF技术通过测量来自同一信号的两个光子到达探测器的时间差,可以把病灶定位在一个较小的区域内,减少病灶与正常组织信号的相互干扰。TOF时间分辨率越高(数字越小),病灶的识别就越准确,图像信噪比就越高,PET就可以在短时间获得高质量的图像。</span></p><p><span><br /></span></p><p><span>但是,想要提高TOF时间分辨率并非易事。自从TOF技术应用到PET以来,经过多年发展,PET时间分辨率只是从1980年代的750ps发展到目前的350-550ps,带来的</span><span>TOF增益并不显著。</span><span>(ps,皮秒,1,000,000,000,000 皮秒 = 1秒)</span></p><p><br
