/></section><section><strong><span>Nanox.ARC成像系统</span></strong><span></span></section><section><br /></section><section><span>Nanox.ARC的外形设计参考了《星际迷航》(Star Trek)电影中的生物床(biobed),重量只有70公斤,该设备采用纳米技术和半导体组件取代了传统机器中的阴极射线管,故不再不需要加热半导体来进行扫描。所以也无需冷却,因此减少了很多电力需求。</span></section><section><br /></section><section><p><img /></section><section><span>Nanox.ARC使用固定球管和更紧凑、更便宜的数字系统,唯一移动的部件是一个支撑X射线环的机架,它横向移动穿过患者的身体。X射线环上的X射线管使用一个阴极射线管和一个阳极来产生图像。阴极射线管向阳极发射电子,阳极捕获电子并引导电子指向被扫描的物体。</span></section><section><br technology)最初是为高清平板显示器开发的。随着时间的推移,制造工艺从玻璃变成了硅,使得功率密度(power density)和均匀性(uniformity)大大提高。</span></section><section><br /></section><section><span>Nanox的冷阴极技术(cold cathode technology)极大地扩展了X射线成像的能力。这种高性能冷阴极的核心是一个纳米级结构的“芯片”(chip),它利用独有的纳米制造(nano fabrication)技术制成。该芯片旨在支持医学成像的各种使用情况,并将由外部技术提供支持,得以让其优势转化为各种实际应用。</span></section><section><br /></section><section><span>此外,Nanox.ARC需要配合专用软件Nanox.Cloud使用。该系统可提供端到端的医学成像服务,包括图像存储库、匹配放射学家、线上和线下诊断回顾和解释、连接诊断辅助人工智能系统、计费以及报告。这也是Nanox公司颠覆性的商业模式的基础。</span></section><section><br /></section><section><span>2020年2月,Nanox公司与西门子医疗投资的USARAD公司合作,时既采用了“图像即服务”(imaging-as-a-service)的新型盈利模式——将Nanox.ARC 免费提供给医疗中心和诊所,只有当这些机构使用机器扫描时才需要付费。</span></section><section><br /></section><section><strong><span>瓦里安纳米球管衍生技术设想</span></strong></section><section><br /></section><section><span>无独有偶,万睿视(原瓦里安)旗下的德国合资子公司VEC Imaging Gmbh于2019年RSNA发布纳米级新型多射线束弯曲阵列球管——NT-2518C时,也提出过类似Nanox.ARC的设想。</span></section><section><br /></section><section><p><img src="image/20201014/79fd917858b8728032ed88a9ee89481c_4.jpg" /></p></section><section><br /></section><section><span>在VEC的计划中,NT-2518C纳米球管倾向应用于乳腺机,因为该球管采用的是多束场发射纳米灯丝(Multibeam Field Emission Cold Cathode Nanotube Emitter)技术,这种纳米灯丝阵列的应用,使得X射线球管非常适用于乳腺机。与传统的3D乳腺机相比,它无需传统乳腺机的机架和球管的旋转,只需按顺序激发每个纳米灯丝发射出电子束即可完成扫描,大大缩短了乳腺3D扫描时间。</span></section><section><br /></section><section><p><img /></section><section><span>此外,固定球管的结构减少了由于球管旋转和患者运动造成的运动伪影,极大地提高了成像质量,因此NT-2518C纳米球管也能适应轻便式CT以及其他医学成像应用,比如如同Nanox.ARC一样的环状机架扫描结构的医学影像产品。</span></section><section><br /></section><section><p><img
