/></p><p><span>但谭德塞同时指出，目前尚无针对新冠肺炎的“灵丹妙药”，而且也许永远不会有。目前，阻止疫情暴发取决于公共卫生和疾病控制的基础措施，如检测、隔离和治疗患者，并追踪和隔离接触者。</span></p><p><br /></p><p><span>据此前新华社报道，目前研新冠药物基本涵盖了常见的药物类型，在小分子靶向药物、生物大分子药物等方向都取得了进展，未来还可能出现干细胞疗法、基因疗法等其他候选疗法。</span></p><p><br /></p><p><span>同时，“老药新用”也是新冠药物主要研发策略之一。瑞德西韦、法匹拉韦、托珠单抗等药物也对不同新冠患者群显示了一定临床效果，不过曾被寄予希望的羟氯喹临床效果不如预期。</span></p><p><br /></p><p><span>针对新冠病毒的药物研发背后需要有特定的科学规律和严密逻辑作为支撑，关于特效药的研究，还需等待。</span></p><p><span><br /></p><p><span>谭德塞表示，过去250年共发生过10次疫情大流行，新冠疫情是第一个由冠状病毒引起的全球大流行。不过他强调，在国家、社区、个人层面执行基本公共卫生措施，综合施策，检测、隔离、治疗疑似病例，追踪、隔离密切接触者，新冠疫情可以得到控制。</span></p><p><br
