利润暴跌、大幅裁员，百年影像巨头能否再度崛起？

/></p><section><br  /></section><section><span><strong><span><br  /></span></strong></span></section><section><span><strong><span>销量下滑背后</span></strong></span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>相机市场持续萎缩，从尼康的销量数据便可窥见一斑。</span></section><section><span><br  /></span></section><section><section><span>从中不难看出，和去年同期相比，尼康的影像业务营收下跌63%。其实今年所有相机品牌的营收都在下跌，但对比之下，索尼下跌了50%，奥林巴斯下跌了40%，佳能下跌了31%，尼康成了所有品牌里最惨的一个。</span></section><section><span><br  /></span></section></section><section><p><img /></p></section><section><br  /></section><section><section><span>至于在细分产品线上，尼康的可更换镜头相机以及镜头销量全都下跌了70%，比如上一年镜头销量是74万枚，到了今年同期变成了22万枚，可更换镜头相机销量从45万台下跌到了14万台。其实紧凑型相机的销量也非常惨，从27万台跌到了只有5万台。</span></section><section><span><br  /></span></section></section><section><p><img /></p></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>尼康将营收、销量下滑的原因归咎于市场低迷和疫情的双重影响，但主要因素仍然在于智能手机对于整个数码相机产业的剧烈冲击。</span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>随着手机拍照功能的进步，智能手机集体步入“双摄”时代，采用后置单摄像头的智能手机已然鲜见。同时，手机也在2019年突飞猛进地迈过“一亿像素”的门槛，这标志着智能手机已经完全超越了低端数码相机的画质能力。</span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>而从尼康便携型相机销量几近“腰斩”这点看，也充分印证低端相机正被智能手机快速取代这一事实。</span></section><section><br  /></section><section><strong><span>不只有相机</span></strong><span></span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>尼康作为日本的知名品牌，所靠的也不仅仅只有广为人知的单反相机，还有精密的显微镜、比黄金还要贵重的光刻机、以及一站式的定制化细胞解决方案。</span></section><section><span><br  /></span></section><section><span>一家做硬件设备起家的企业如何跨足到再生医疗领域？这是尼康董事长桥本光治被问过很多次的问题，他笑言：“大家可能只见识过尼康相机照出的如画风景，却还没有领略过尼康显微镜下的别样洞天”。</span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>自从2015年，尼康就在相机市场上悄悄地向健康领域转移。这个老铺与瑞士细胞生产代工厂，全球知名的龙沙（Lonza）公司成立了NCLi公司，全称为尼康细胞创新公司。</span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>如今，仅仅两年的时间，这个治疗脑梗的新产品，2019年已进入日本国内三期临床试验。</span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>在两年前的日本生物大会（BioJapan）上，尼康细胞公司的中山捻之社长就曾表示过，这个细胞新产品有望成为畅销产品。虽然没有细胞生产设施和经验，但是尼康对于干细胞青睐有加。再加上龙沙的全球生物生产经验，尼康对于再生医疗信心满满。<br  /></span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>从单反相机到实验室显微镜，再到干细胞，尼康不断在寻找新的发展领域。这家日企还开始了一项新业务，细胞培养装置。BioStation CT开始上市，将自己的光学技术和图像处理能力应用到细胞生产领域，增加发展空间。</span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>截止目前，尼康健康医疗事业部已推出包括BioStation CT、BioStudio-T、BioStudio-mini等多款细胞培养观察装置。</span></section><section><span><br  /></span></section><section><section><span>BioStation CT是尼康推出的一款活细胞观察检测系统，可以精准的控制培养环境内温湿度和CO2的浓度，可同时培养多个样品，通过机械臂自动运输来观察，并可通过公共或专用网络进行远程操作控制。</span></section></section><section><br  /></section><section><section><span>BioStudio-T是尼康为细胞生产设施而设计的紧凑型活细胞成像显微镜。适用于大多数培养箱，并与多种灭菌方法兼容，包括过氧化氢蒸汽。特别值得一提的是，BioStudio-T所采用的成像载物台，能够实现在成像时样品静止而物镜移动，可减少对样品的机械扰动，适用于观察干细胞等振动敏感的细胞。</span></section></section><section><br  /></section><section><section><span>BioStudio-mini可移动活细胞成像显微镜，专为再生医学和干细胞生物学的研究而设计。操作简单便于安装，可长时间延时成像，具有出色的防水和耐化学腐蚀设计，可安装在各种隔离器、培养箱和生物安全柜。</span></section></section><section><section><span>&nbsp; Tissue Engineering），和美国公司Cell Dynamics International，2017年4月，又收购专注细胞临床检查试剂生产的光纯药工业，打通了再生医疗必不可少的细胞培养，培养液的上下游全产业链。</span></section><section><span><br  /></span></section><section><p><img /></p></section><section><br  /></section><section><span></span></section><section><span>稳步向前的尼康不管是在最为擅长的光学影像领域，还是新开拓的细胞解决方案领域，都有强势的竞争对手，在“中国细胞生物学学会2020年全国学术大会”上，医谷记者了解到另外一家光学巨头蔡司同样推出了集成式的全自动活细胞成像系统。</span></section><section><span><br  /></span></section><section><span>对于这样的夹击竞争，尼康董事长桥本光治在日前举行的“中国细胞生物学学会2020年全国学术大会”上曾表示过并不排斥，他表示：“大家随着时代机遇的变化参与到医疗市场，这对于尼康而言，能驱动我们提供更好的产品和服务，之前彼此在光学影像产品领域竞争，随着时代需求的更迭匹配，大家又开始在再生医疗领域展开比拼，不管采用什么形式，这都是市场规律场调节的结果，我们很期待这样的竞争。”</span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>桥本光治还表示，未来，尼康专注于再生医疗的医疗健康事业部将博众彩之长，继续整合尼康精密仪器部、光学部、电子元器件部等部门的技术优资源优势，逐步成长为集团的核心事业部门。</span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span><strong><span>总结</span></strong></span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>受新冠疫情影响，预估2020年度之后尼康的销售额仍将大辐萎缩，相机事业恐怕会陷入连续亏损。为了缓解公司压力，尼康将进行结构改革措施，首先将以海外工厂为对象进行裁员。具体裁员计划是尼康的泰国工厂裁员500人，老挝工厂裁员200人，相当于各工厂员工人数的10%。</span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>尼康再度启动裁员计划，也是其在应对市场变化时收缩的体现。“柯达曾在胶片时代风光一时，步入数码时代也遭到淘汰。而在数码相机产业萎缩是不可逆的形势下，尼康若要避免重蹈柯达的覆辙，唯有加快转型的步伐，才能改善企业的财务状况。”</span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>对于目前的尼康而言，布局医疗领域的效果还不够明朗。这家影像巨头已经走在了转型的“十字路口”，最终能否像尼康所期待的，一切还有待时日验证。</span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>来源：商学院杂志、医谷，较原文有修改</span></section><section><span><br  /></span></section><section><section
