/></p></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>通过带量采购，各地的降价效果显著。可以看到，依赖进口的高端产品，降价幅度相对可控，比如双腔起搏器在江苏的平均降幅仅为<strong>15.86%</strong>；而竞争充分、技术含量低的医用耗材降幅巨大，在阳泉-大同的招标中，平均降幅达到<strong>85.62%</strong>。</span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>此外，“采购量”也极大的刺激了企业降价，</span><span>针对人工晶体，在销量大省江苏、安徽的平均降幅分别为26.89%、20.5%，在京津冀及黑吉辽蒙晋鲁可以说是拦腰款，平均降幅达到了53.72%</span><span>。这或许也是各地组成联盟进行带量采购的主要原因。</span></section><section><span><br  /></span></section><section><span>下附：全国各级各地医用耗材带量采购布局及已产生降幅结果一览</span></section><section><span><br  /></span></section><section><p><img data-style-id="22631"><section><section><p><strong>02</strong></p></section><section><p><span><strong>首批高值耗材国采即将到来</strong></span></p></section></section></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>在表格中我们可以看到、心脏介入器械、骨科植入物等高值耗材的集采尚未开始，但有消息称国家医保局释放出信号，高值耗材全国集采即将到来。</span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>近日，业内流出一份国家医保局价采中心关于三类应用耗材采购情况通知的文件，报送内容为省级医用耗材集采平台冠脉支架、冠脉球囊、人工晶体(高值耗材)三类产品2019年采购价格和采购量。</span></section><section><span><br  /></span></section><section><span>据业内人士透露，上述文件实际是一份国家集采摸底文件，目前相关企业信息都已经收集完成。紧拉着，就在5月28日，国家医保局官微挂出了一则“陈金甫副局长主持召开高值医用耗材集中采购改革行业座谈会”消息，短短56个字，信息量巨大，这也被业内认为是耗材“国采”的前哨，而上述的这三类产品或许将是首批被纳入高值耗材国家集采试点的品种。</span></section><section><br  /></section><section><strong><span>结语：</span></strong><span>以前几期的集中带量采购评审标准来看，集采绝对会对高值耗材市场带来巨大冲击，未来高值耗材采购将要以医保支付为基础，建立招标、采购、交易、结算、监督一体化的省级招标采购平台，推进构建区域性、全国性联盟采购机制，形成竞争充分、价格合理、规范有序的供应保障体系。</span><br  /></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>来源：华招器械网、医药云端工作室、赛柏蓝等</span></section><p><br  /></p></section><section><section
