/></section><section><span>据相关调查，我国接近24%居民完全不知道康复治疗，仅有26%居民对康复治疗具有正确认识。对于大众熟知的理疗疗法，也仅有3%居民经常尝试，同时62%居民从未有过尝试想法。在重治疗、轻康复的固化认知下，人们并不愿意在康复医疗端花钱。数据显示，2017年中国人均康复医疗消费约为5.5美元， data-mpa-template="t"><section><span>2016年3月，卫计委联合5部门印发了《关于新增部分医疗康复项目纳入基本医疗保障支付范围的通知》，要求2016年6月30日前，在原已纳入支付范围的医疗康复项目基础上，将“康复综合评定”等20项新增康复项目纳入医保支付范围。对比原有9项，支付范围成倍扩大，将带动康复市场加速扩容。2020年《中共中央国务院关于医疗保障制度改革的意见》中指出，积极推广按照疾病诊断相关分组付费，医疗康复、慢性精神疾病等长期住院则按床、日付费，门诊特殊慢性病按人头付费，以尽可能减少康复医疗过程中的医疗费用。</span></section><section><span><br /></span></section><section><span>另外，近两年来全国各省、市、自治区都在积极推动二级医院向康复医院转型，要求所有三级医院全部建立康复医学科。在2018年，北京市东城区第一人民医院等3家公立医疗机构完成康复转型，2019年北京市中关村医院等4家医院将转型康复医疗机构，上海的5家二级综合医院转型为康复医院，政府给予一定的资金和政策支持，专项用于人才培养、设备设施采购或房屋维修改造。</span></section><section><section /></section></section></section><section><span>虽然我国的康复医疗领域得到较快发展，但整体上仍属于新兴产业，而且还面临着许多亟待解决的问题。</span></section><section><br /></section><section><span>首先，目前国内的康复医疗器械的研发、制造仍以低端产品为主，原因在于国内企业未掌握核心技术，也与行内企业的投入情况有一定的关系。相关数据显示，国内康复医疗器械企业的研发费用占同期营业收入的比例分别为9.03%、8.92%和 8.59%，而翔宇医疗则是9.71% 、8.03% 、6.02%，均不足百分之十。而相比整个医疗器械领域这些比例实属不高。科创板的上市公司心脉医疗近三年研发投入与营业收入比例的平均值为26.94%；而赛诺医疗报告期内的数据分别为45.82% 、34.17% 、31.80% 、35.26%，明显高于康复医疗器械厂商。</span></section><section><br /></section><section><span>所以在这样的情况下，国内康复产品同质化严重且缺乏创新性。除了近年来很火爆的医疗康复机器人以外，大多数康复医疗器械厂商的主营产品仍然是传统的声疗、光疗、电疗、磁疗、物理治疗、作业治疗及康复评定等，产品在智能化、科技化方面的研发不足。</span></section><section><br /></section><section><span>另外，销售模式落后。国内的康复医疗器械厂商的商业模式大都依赖代理销售和经销商模式。这两种模式导致的直接问题是科室需求和厂商供给间，往往存在割裂现象，科室要的厂商没有做，厂商卖的科室却用不了。在与国际康复产品和机构竞争时，国内康复产品缺乏创新、行业结构分散，在技术研发、资金投入上无疑处于劣势。</span></section><section><br /></section><section><span>康复服务的个性化特点很强，特别是一项优质的康复，由于康复人群在年龄、功能障碍程度等呈现多方面的差异，对康复器械呈现出各种不同的需求。未来，康复器械的个性化定制产品和服务将成为康复品质的核心竞争所在，这对于康复器械厂商来说既是机遇也是挑战。国内部分企业正加速渗透此赛道，包括傅利叶智能、翔宇医疗、伟思医疗等等。</span></section><p><br
