/></p></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>在院前急救方面：华为远程医疗系统，可以通过5G无线网络，把急救车上的实时情况清晰地传递到后端的指挥中心；医生也可以在急救车上调取医院的信息，对病人开各种化验单。把急救中心搬到了救护车上，病人入院后不需要再进入急救中心，大大缩短了抢救时间。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>据华为官网消息，2020年，在新型冠状病毒疫情期间，华为联合国家远程医疗中心，完成了河南省18个地市、108个县的147家新冠肺炎医疗救治定点医院隔离病区远程会诊系统的建设。</span></p><p><br  /></p><section data-style-id="22631"><section><section><p><strong>02</strong></p></section><section><p><span><strong><span>华为在医疗领域的布局</span></strong></span></p></section></section></section><section><br  /></section><p><span>早在2019年，华为就已在为智慧医疗精心布局。19年3月21日，华为终端有限公司就悄悄变更了公司经营范围，新增了医疗器械（第二类医疗器械）销售等业务后，最近华为再度增加经营范围，从销售医疗器械（第二类医疗器械）扩展至了开发、生产、销售医疗器械（第一类、第二类、第三类医疗器械）。2020年4月1日成立的荣耀终端有限公司同样再次涉及了医疗器械领域，近一步扩大医疗版图。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>对于这家国内科技巨头而言，做纯粹的医疗器械研发生产是有悖于企业基因的，华为主要的医疗布局方向仍是定位于依托大数据、云计算、物联网及5G网络的智慧医疗解决方案提供商。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>华为对医疗领域的布局主要体现在智慧医院、区域公卫信息化及分级诊疗三个方向，并基于华为的全栈式云、大数据及人工智能技术核心底层，实现患者、医务人员、医疗机构及医疗器械间的互动。</span></p><p><span><br  /></span></p><p><span><strong><span>智慧医院</span></strong></span></p><p><span><br  /></span></p><p><span>华为的智慧医院建设囊括在其智慧城市的总体设计中，其中重度依赖无线网络的移动医疗平台及其配套的物联网组件，将由5G赋能改变目前因建设成本、自身规模等原因导致的较低使用体验。</span></p><p><span><br  /></span></p><p><span>华为官网显示，目前华为已与接近300家医疗机构达成智慧医院相关合作，医疗大数据集成应用平台及安防保障平台成为主要产品。除数据中心外，华为运用双活技术解决方案确保业务系统的稳定运行也是一大亮点。</span></p><p><span><br  /></span></p><p><span>完整的数据中心应用平台配合医院HIS信息系统以移动医疗为抓手，服务于患者的就医体验，助力医疗信息互通、多场景就医全流程及患者电子病历流转健康监护，这是华为眼中该领域的未来趋势。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><strong><span>区域公卫信息化</span></strong></p><p><span><br  /></span></p><p><span>响应国家方针，医疗领域的区域信息化着力点在于联通不同医疗机构形成的信息孤岛。因此要形成区域公共卫生信息化，必须要先做好顶层平台设计并做好平台搭建运营的长期准备。</span></p><p><span><br  /></span></p><p><span>云南省建立的人口健康信息化云平台及华西医院的大数据集成应用就是华为智慧医院应用的典型例子，平台建设目标是为实现全省的公共卫生资源及业务协同。</span></p><p><span><br  /></span></p><p><span><strong><span>分级诊疗</span></strong></span></p><p><span><br  /></span></p><p><span>华为布局分级诊疗项目的产品都是瞄准的解决分级诊疗核心需求，即医疗资源的下沉，这也是华为目前全力探索5G应用与远程医疗相结合的主要原因。</span></p><p><span><br  /></span></p><p><span>依托于在医疗领域云计算的深入探索，不难看出在华为规划中，医疗影像诊断解决方案、慢病管理解决方案及远程医疗解决方案是真正做到医疗资源落地的关键。</span></p><p><br  /></p><section
