/></p></section><section><br  /><span>外资医院、中外合资和港台医院，给患者或老百姓第一印象是什么？是高品质医疗？是专家牛逼哄哄？是有老外医生看病？是能讲多国语言的医务人员和客服人员吗？全都不是！第一印象是贵，还是死贵死贵的那种“贵”。事实上，与公立三甲医院和其他民营医院的医疗及相关费用（包括各种显性和隐性费用）相比，<strong>目前其整体医疗费用并不算贵，如果你还有商业医疗保险，费用更不算贵。</strong></span></section><section><br  /></section><section><strong><span>如今，有不少高端医疗机构还被纳入了国内基本医保体系，如德达医院、嘉会国际、和睦家等，整个就医费用更不算贵了。</span></strong><span>然并卵，老百姓心智一旦被“贵”占据了，就很难改变了，尤其是这些医院的挂号费和床位费确实比绝大多数公立医院和民营医院都贵，就更被坐实和诟病了。这种根深蒂固的印象定位直接导致了大多数高端医疗机构门可罗雀、曲高和寡。<br  /><br  />高端医院给普通患者和老百姓是这种印象，那给医疗从业者第一印象又是什么呢？从医者最有尊严的地方？回归医疗本质的地方？拥有国际先进管理和服务经验的地方？都不是！第一印象是“高薪”以及高大上的工作环境。还有呢？可能是上班距离偏远，外语要求不低，服务态度要好。</span></section><section><br  /></section><section><p><img /></p></section><section><br  /></section><section><strong><span>业内这种印象定位又直接导致了有钱也难请到充足的好专家。</span></strong><span>即便请到了，也是高高在上的人力成本。正因此，不少高端医疗机构都开放了医生集团合作。这又是图啥？医生集团不仅有专家还能自带流量呀。台湾联新医疗集团旗下的上海禾新医院，甚至为此还专门成立了医生集团处，为医生集团提供各种对接服务。<br  /><br  />客观上讲，外资医院、中外合资和港台医院硬件设施确实都很硬，但其它方面呢，该硬得不够硬，该软得还不够软，不少机构可谓“盛名之下，其实难副”。纯硬件，包括高端物业、豪华装修、高档设备甚至圈地盖楼，统统有钱就能买，但其它方面却未必。<br  /><br  /><strong>一、医生团队不是光有钱就能请得来，记住是医生团队不是个别顶级牛人。</strong>很多高端医院往往能请得动顶级专家，却无法给专家配齐靠谱的团队，如手术助手、住院医师、麻醉医生、辅助科室医生，尤其是能和顶尖专家匹配的影像科、病理科医生乃至手术室护士和急救团队更难配齐。</span></section><section><br  /></section><section><strong><span>医疗服务强调的是团队作战，没几个顶级牛人愿意拿自己辛苦积累几十年的职业声誉去冒险当光杆司令。</span></strong><span>没足够患者，专家请不来、留不住，没靠谱团队，专家更不敢来、不敢留。这也印证了医疗服务行业的一个残酷现实，绝大多数牛人要想发挥好自己的牛人神技，还得靠平台支撑和团队配合。<br  /><br  /><strong>二、运营管理团队就更缺乏了，多数有的只是履历光鲜的老外和假老外，从而导致运营管理不接地气。</strong>高端医疗机构业务量长期不饱和，其主要原因就在于运营团队和营销宣传不行。有的医院运营都三四年乃至更长时间了，老百姓依然知之甚少，连医疗同行都了解不多。</span></section><section><br  /></section><section><strong><span>更甭提“高端医疗机构被纳入基本医保”这么大而重要的事了。</span></strong><span>除了有寥寥几篇新闻通稿和自嗨官宣外，就没见啥消息和动作了，自然也就少人关注。现实情况往往是，即便有人知道医院名字也知道在哪，却不清楚这医院究竟能干啥？有什么专家？优势专科和特色服务有哪些？医保全国联网了吗？能报多少？商保对接了哪些？<br  /></span></section><section><br  /></section><section><p><img /></p></section><section><br  /></section><section><strong><span>三、从机构内部管理上看，很多业务流程和服务细节仍需磨合和改善，医院配套设施还不够齐全，其业务流畅性和管理协调性，比不上成熟的公立医院和民营医院。</span></strong><span>譬如，主刀大咖不查房，而是大咖的博士或助手查房，周末还没医生值班，这虽不至于影响医疗质量和安全，但影响患者和家属体验度；譬如，很多手术的术后康复很关键，但有些高端医院要么不提供术后全套康复，要么提供的康复手段单一，其价值与价格偏离较大；譬如，患者入院前要做核酸检测，且医院已有快速检测手段当天即可出结果，但窗口人员和医务人员仍不知情；</span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>还譬如，有些一线医务人员、保安和护工，未能充分体会和回应到患者及家属的迫切心理和合理需求。尤其是部分后勤保障人员，在碰到患者和亲友要求与医院规定不契合时，大多只会生硬拒绝，缺乏人文关怀和沟通技巧；生活配套不足，无水果、鲜花等便利店，餐厅不提供点餐服务。多数术后病人需要加强营养、少吃多餐，医院却只提供统一的一日三餐，给患者及探视的亲友带来诸多不便。<br  /><br  />掌柜认为，以上三点必然导致“日子不好过”的结果，很多外资医院、中外合资和港台医院只是外表光鲜，其实一直在亏损，就连处在国际化大都市的魔都，也不例外。<strong>最重要的是，其亏损原因还不仅在于高昂的运营成本，高物业租金、高人力成本还只是表象。</strong></span></section><section><br  /></section></section><section><section><span>本位为转发内容，不代表观点。<br  /></span></section><p><br  /></p></section></section></section></section><section><section><section
