/></span></section><section><span>天眼查显示，8月27日，浙江核睿医疗科技有限公司成立，法定代表人为朱志峰，注册资本1000万元人民币，经营范围包含：第三类医疗器械经营；互联网信息服务；第一类医疗器械销售；第二类医疗器械销售；软件开发等。天眼查股权结构显示，该公司由同花顺100%控股。</span></section><section><span><br /></section><section><span>回顾上半年，全球疫情爆发后医用口罩、医用防护品、核酸检测盒、呼吸机等医疗器械需求激增，部分医疗器械持续脱销、海外需求暴涨促使中国医疗器械走向全球。医疗服务板块也在上半年录得不错的收益。</span></section><section><span><br  /></span></section><section><span>目前，沪深两市除未能按期披露的个别公司外，其余均已发布2020年半年报，据浙商证券统计，二季度医疗服务板块同比增长17%、环比增长50%，净利润同比增长53%、环比增长88%。</span></section><section><span><br  /></span></section><section><span>东吴证券观点认为，二季度国内疫情得到较好控制，创新药产业链、医疗服务等领域等相关企业经营逐步恢复正常；海内外疫情对相关医疗器械企业及CXO企业业绩增长提供动力整体来看，医药上市公司中报业绩出现进一步分化，但仍体现出医药行业的刚需属性和成长持续性。</span></section><section><span><br /></p></span></section><section><span></span></section><section><span></span></section><section><span>在医疗科技的细分领域，行业龙头平安好医生2020年上半实现了总收入27.47亿元，同比增长20.9%。东兴证券观点称，平安好医生上半年最亮眼的数据是在线医疗的收入实现106.8%的增长，伴随着日均咨询量26.7%的增长。其认为，疫情期间，用户对互联网诊疗服务的认知和认可大幅度提升。</span></section><section><span><br  /></span></section><section><span>互联网巨头正加速在医疗科技领域的布局。腾讯入股东华软件，阿里入股卫宁健康，腾讯和阿里双巨头均与创业软件战略合作，中泰证券认为，医疗IT行业资产价值有望重估。</span></section><section><span><br
