/></span></section><section><span><span>根据通知，本次冠脉扩张球囊资质证明材料申报及审核、代表品遴选工作已完成，参加本次带量采购的械企包括</span><span>美敦力、雅培、波科、泰尔茂、乐普医疗、山东吉威、微创医疗、贝朗医疗、赛诺医疗等。</span></span></section><section><span> </span></section><section><span>同时还公布了械企相应产品的最低价，如：</span></section><section><span>美敦力的快速交换球囊扩张导管（商品名：Sprinter Legend）最低价为3346.4元；</span></section><section><span>雅培的冠状动脉球囊扩张导管(商品名:MINITREK)最低价为3280元；</span></section><section><span>山东吉威的球囊扩张导管 Powerline PTCA Catheter最低价为3200元。</span></section><section><span> </span></section><section><span>据赛柏蓝器械梳理，本次带量采购中预扩球囊和后扩球囊类部分产品的最低价格相差近5倍。</span></section><section><span> </span></section><section><span>对于预扩球囊，山东瑞安泰的某款一次性使用球囊扩张导管最低价为999.99元，上海雨施的PTCA球囊导管最低价为4750元。</span></section><section><span> </span></section><section><span>对于后扩球囊，业聚医疗的一次性使用冠状动脉球囊扩张导管（商品名：SapphireNC)最低价为999元，泰尔茂的某款球囊扩张导管最低价为4800元。</span></section><section><span> </span></section><section><span><strong>3160降到129.9以下</strong></span></section><section><span> </span></section><section><span><span>值得注意的是，在此之前，8月20日，贵州省医药集中采购平台发布《贵州省医疗保障局重庆市医疗保障局海南省医疗保障局冠脉扩张球囊联合带量采购文件》要求，</span><span> 企业申报报价不得高于“全国最低省级挂网价”或“已开展带量采购省（联盟）中选价格”之中的低价。</span></span></section><section><span> </span></section><section><span>同时还联动其他省级带量采购最低价——在国内今后其他省级带量采购工作中，如果同一产品形成的中选价，低于本次采购的中选价，中选企业须及时主动向联合采购地区提交中标价格调整的书面申请，本次采购尚未执行的采购量，按新的价格执行。</span></section><section><span> </span></section><section><span><span>在此之前，8月26日，湖北省医药价格和招标采购管理服务网发布《首批湖北省医用耗材集中带量采购拟入选结果公示》，公示冠脉扩张球囊等耗材的中标价格。与全国在执行的最低采购价相比，</span><span>拟中选冠脉扩张球囊降幅96%。</span></span></section><section><span> </span></section><section><span>在湖北省，深圳市顺美医疗股份有限公司的预扩球囊中标价格为129.9元，本次三省联盟公示的深圳市顺美预扩球囊的价格为3160元，上述球囊注册编号相同，均为国械注准20193030947。</span></section><section><span> </span></section><section><span>本次三省联盟若从3160元降到129.9元以下，价格降幅将在96%以上。</span></section><section><br /></p></section><section><span>三省联盟带量采购价格信息</span></section><section> </section><section><span><strong>冠脉球囊被多省砍价</strong></span></section><section><span> </span></section><section><span>除了贵州三省联盟，冠脉球囊已被多个省份砍价。</span></section><section><span> </span></section><section><span><span>8月1日，云南省曲靖市举行集中采购中选产品企业签约仪式，具体品种包括冠脉扩张球囊、冠脉导引导管、冠脉导引导丝、双腔起搏器以及起搏电极导线，</span><span>其中球囊类价格平均降幅在70%以上。</span></span></section><section><span> </span></section><section><span><span>2019年9月29日，江苏省完成第二次耗材联盟谈判，谈判品种涉及眼科人工晶体、血管介入球囊、骨科人工髋关节等3大类，</span><span>其中血管介入球囊类平均降幅为74.37%，最大降幅为81.05%。</span></span></section><section><span> </span></section><section><span>8月3日，浙江省医疗保障局发布《浙江省公立医疗机构部分医用耗材带量采购工作方案》，首轮选择冠脉介入球囊、骨科髋关节2类产品进行带量采购。</span></section><section><span> </span></section><section><span>8月26日，湖南省医保局发布《湖南省公立医疗机构部分医用耗材带量采购方案（征求意见稿）》显示，将对吻合器、骨科创伤类、冠脉扩张球囊3大类医用耗材进行带量采购。</span></section><section><span> </span></section><section><span>除了冠脉球囊，冠脉支架的带量采购也即将铺向全国。</span></section><section><span> </span></section><section><span>7月3日，赛柏蓝器械从权威渠道确认，国家医保局下发关于委托开展《国家组织冠脉支架集中带量采购方案（征求意见稿）》征求意见的函。</span></section><section><span> </span></section><section><span>方案指出，本次集中带量采购标的为冠脉支架产品，应经药监部门批准获得有效医疗器械注册证材质。材质为钴铬合金和铂铬合金，载药种类为雷帕霉素或衍生物，药物载体涂层性质为非聚四氟乙烯的冠状支架。</span></section><section><span> </span></section><section><span>国家医保局明确，2019年冠脉支架使用量超过1000个的公立医疗机构、军队医疗机构均应参加，其他公立医疗机构、军队医疗机构、医保定点社会办医疗机构按照所在省份安排自愿参加。</span></section><section><span> </span></section><section><span><span>前瞻产业研究院数据显示，截止到目前，冠脉支架领域已基本完成国产替代，</span><span>其中主要外资企业包括美敦力、波士顿科学、强生等，在国内市场份额不足30%，主要内资企业包括微创、乐普、吉威等，国内厂家合计市场份额已超过70%。</span></span></section><p><br
