/></p></section><section><br  /></section><section><section><br  /></section><section><section><section><strong><span>副院长、主任被中央纪检委点名！</span></strong></section></section></section><section><br  /></section></section><section><span>其中，湖南省卫生健康委员会党组副书记、副主任黄惠勇涉嫌严重违纪违法，目前正接受省纪委监委纪律审查和监察调查。</span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>据悉，黄惠勇1963年11月出生，曾任湖南中医学院基础课部副主任、中医诊断研究所副所长，张家界市永定区副区长，武陵源区委常委、纪委书记，张家界市发展和改革委员会党组书记、主任，湖南中医药大学（省中医药研究院）党委书记；被查前任职于南省卫生和计划生育委员会党组副书记、副主任，湖南省卫生健康委员会党组副书记、副主任，湖南省中医药管理局局长。</span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>履历如此漂亮，如果是涉嫌贪污受贿，估计这些年能捞的油水数目也不小。目前黄惠勇仍在调查中，调查结果将持续关注。</span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>除此之外，中央纪检委的公众号近日还点名了山东省聊城市阳谷县寿张镇卫生院副院长孙希忠的违规问题。</span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>据了解，2016年10月至2018年12月，阳谷县寿张镇卫生院副院长孙希忠擅自决定向前来卫生院打印材料的村卫生室人员按0.5元/张收取打印费用，违规收费共计1.48万元。</span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>按规定，乡镇卫生院负有对本辖区公共卫生服务机构进行技术指导、培训和监督的责任。对于村卫生室存在的问题，孙希忠没有承担起培训的责任，选择直接“包办一切”，甚至借机收取费用。</span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>2020年5月，阳谷县纪委给予孙希忠党内警告处分。</span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>虽然有人指出是由于卫生院的医生因年纪偏大，使用计算机不熟练导致浪费纸张、消耗电脑、记录不完整、增加工作量等问题，该副院长是“出于好心”才想出这样的考核制度以鞭策这些现象，但是擅自收费确实违纪行为，机构领导者要加强意识，换别的方式去解决问题。</span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>违法违纪行为虽有大有小，但是一旦犯了错误，国家纪检委是不会因为“别种原因”去掩盖纵容你的错误，在此给所有医药人敲响警钟。</span></section><section><section><br  /></section><section><section><section><span><strong><span>一个月，7位医药人被查！</span></strong></span></section></section></section><section><br  /></section></section><section><span>据医药资讯地方台的不完全统计，近一个月来各省纪检委加大监察力度，已经有7位医药人被查，多人被处理！其中涉及药企负责人，医药大学校长以及各医药相关部门官员。</span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>8月12日，浙江省纪律检查委员会发布消息称：浙江省医药保健品进出口有限责任公司原党委委员、副总经理谭艰涉嫌严重违纪违法，目前正在接受浙江省纪委省监委驻省国资委纪检监察组纪律审查和温岭市监委监察调查。</span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>8月4日，四川省纪委发布消息称：原乐山市卫生和计划生育局副调研员余跃收受可能影响公正执行公务的礼品、礼金，违规兼职兼薪；滥用职权并造成严重危害后果，且在党的十八大后不收敛、不收手严重违纪违法被开除党籍，按规定取消其享受的退休待遇；收缴其违纪违法所得；将其涉嫌犯罪问题移送检察机关依法审查起诉，所涉财物随案移送。</span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>8月3日，安徽省纪检监察网发布消息：亳州市药业发展促进局一级主任科员王建军涉嫌严重违纪违法，目前正在接受纪律审查和监察调查。</span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>7月29日，四川省纪委发布消息称：乐山市卫生健康委员会原党组书记李五节收受可能影响公正执行公务的礼金，与管理和服务对象打牌赢取钱财；对财务报销审核把关不严，造成损失；且在党的十八大后不收敛、不收手，性质恶劣严重违纪违法被开除党籍和公职，由市监委给予其开除公职处分；终止其乐山市第七次党代会代表资格；收缴其违纪违法所得；将其涉嫌犯罪问题移送检察机关依法审查起诉，所涉财物随案移送。</span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>7月28日，安徽省纪检网发布消息称：安徽中医药大学原党委副书记、校长王键涉嫌受贿一案一审公开开庭审理。王键当庭表示自愿认罪认罚，本案择期宣判。</span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>7月27日，浙江省纪委省纪监委发布消息称：杭州市医疗保障局医疗保障管理服务中心副主任卢光晨和杭州市医疗保障局医疗保障管理服务中心医疗审核二处副处长杨敏毅涉嫌严重违纪违法，目前正在接受市纪委市监委派驻市卫健委纪检监察组纪律审查。</span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>同日，安庆市纪检委发布消息称：安庆市第一人民医院党委副书记、院长高金华涉嫌严重违纪违法，目前正在接受纪律审查和监察调查。</span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>医药行业反腐之风已经刮起，不仅是官员，一旦被查，凡涉事的所有主体都将可能被追究责任！如果因为一己之私败坏行业风气，搅乱市场规则，终将为你的违法行为付出代价！</span></section><section
