GE全球三分之二CT中国造 本土医疗器械创新仍是考验

/></p></section><section><span><br  /></span></section><section><span><strong><span>外企掘金中国智慧医疗黄金时代</span></strong></span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>张轶昊表示，GE在中国的目标是要实现全面国产化，提升中国战略。他说道：“GE在1990年就和中国合资成立了GE航卫（航卫通用电气医疗系统有限公司），进行CT的生产，现在这个工厂供应了我们GE全球三分之二的CT设备。”</span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>如今GE医疗正在与中国开启下一个30年的合作，而这个时代恰逢智慧医疗的爆发期，同时也落在《健康中国2030规划纲要》的实施阶段。在这一重要时间窗口，GE重申对中国的承诺意义重大。</span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>张轶昊称，2019年中国医疗器械领域出口最多的公司就是GE。在新冠肺炎疫情期间，GE不仅没有减少对中国的投入，反而是加大了投资，并在短短的几个月内，把X光机和呼吸机全部转移到中国生产制造。</span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>“GE医疗已经把我们最高端的磁共振系统搬到天津来生产，把最高端的移动X光机搬到北京来生产，还把最高端的呼吸机搬到了无锡生产，都得到了中国政府的大力支持，并受益于最近推出的一系列与优化经商环境相关的政策。”他说道，“GE医疗的信心比一年前要更强了，相信中国一定会继续深化改革开放，在双循环的基础上推动发展。”</span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>GE航卫董事长兼总经理陈和强日前在公司位于北京亦庄的CT工厂向第一财经记者展示了其智能制造生产线。陈和强告诉第一财经记者，GE航卫在中国发展30年，带动了一大批中国本土供应商走出国门。在CT的供应链上，超过80%的零部件已经实现完全的本土化，并出口到全球市场。</span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>利用全球的创新技术构建中国本土的生态系统，与本土的临床应用相结合，是过去几十年来跨国医疗巨头在中国谋求发展所采取的普遍方式。</span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>西门子医疗大中华区总裁王皓表示，西门子医疗在中国提出了“两个抓手”，其中一个是把全球技术在中国加速落地；另一个是借助西门子工业4.0方面的优势，来实现医院的互联网化。</span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>飞利浦大中华区的副总裁陈胜裕也表示：“飞利浦希望将全球创新与中国本地生态和临床的应用结合，加快中国生态系统建立，利用创新助力健康中国2030的实现。”</span></section><section><br  /></section><section><p><img /></p></section><section><br  /></section><section><span><strong><span>创新机制比创新资助更重要</span></strong></span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>然而，在跨国巨头大力发展中国本土生态系统、培育供应链的同时，一些核心技术和研发能力仍然掌握在国外厂商手里。业内呼吁要提升本土医疗器械的创新研发实力，同时加强国际的跨学科合作，真正让高科技产品在国内发展起来。</span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>9月18日，在中国科学院院士、复旦大学附属中山医院心内科主任葛均波的推动下，东方医疗器械创新中心在苏州成立，这也是国内成立的首个致力于心血管医疗器械国产自主研发的平台。苏州已经聚集了上千家医疗器械企业，其中包括世界级医疗器械企业及国产龙头企业。</span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>葛均波院士向第一财经记者强调了医学和工程、信息等交叉学科技术领域结合的重要性。他以心血管介入器械为例对第一财经记者表示：“心血管介入器械是当前医疗器械创新最活跃的领域，我国政、产、医、研、资各方合力推动了其快速发展。”</span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>葛均波强调，唯有创新才是我国医疗器械自主创新发展的源动力，拥有创新的机制比对创新的资助更重要。他还表示，以“医生为核心”的创新平台能够加速提升中国的原创能力，将“中国制造”转变为“中国智造”。</span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>国家药监局副局长徐景和表示：“药监局是中国医疗器械创新的倡导者、推动者和实现者，药监局将协同有关部门，加快出台推动医疗器械高质量发展的文件。”</span></section><section><span><br  /></span></section><section><span>徐景和称，针对制约制造业发展的薄弱环节，中国应该夯实基础，加速推动低端产品向中高端产品迈进，完成从模仿到自主创新的转型，推动国产替代，解决核心技术“卡脖子”问题；此外，中国还应用好国内国外联动资源，积极参与国际合作，提升竞争能力。</span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>“在全球化时代，医疗器械企业想做大做强，必须参与国际合作。”徐景和表示。他还提出强化体制建设、落实主体责任的重要性，强调医疗器械企业一定要把产品质量安全放在首位，按照标准进行生产。</span></section><section
