powered-by="gulangu"><p><br  /></p><p><span>来源：智通财经网</span></p><p><span><br  /></span></p><p><span>智通财经APP获悉，9月22日，上交所发布科创板上市委2020年第78次审议会议结果公告，江苏康众数字医疗科技股份有限公司(简称“康众医疗”)首发获通过，中信证券为主承销商。</span></p><p><span><br  /></span></p><p><span>在上市委会议提出问询的主要问题中，科创板股票上市委员会要求康众医疗说明：(1)将非专利技术识别为无形资产后确定摊销年限为5年的原因及依据;(2)对于部分订单给予超过90天信用期的原因，部分订单的具体情况，是否涉及提前确认收入;(3)补充提供2020年三季度的业绩预计情况;(4)发行人供应商深圳博科的基本情况、经营规模，是否同交易规模相匹配。</span></p><p><span><br  /></span></p><p><span>据招股书，康众医疗拟公开发行股票数量不超过2203.23万股，计划募资约4.46亿元。募集资金主要用途：平板探测器生产基地建设项目(约2.14亿元)、研发服务中心建设项目(约1.02亿元)、补充流动资金(1.3亿元)。</span></p><p><span><br  /></span></p><p><span>康众医疗是一家专业从事数字化X射线平板探测器研发、生产、销售和服务的企业。公司自设立以来始终致力于深耕数字化X射线平板探测器行业，坚持自主研发和独立创新，产品应用从医疗普放逐渐延伸至乳腺、动态透视、放疗、口腔三维成像等领域，并进一步拓展至工业、安检、宠物医疗领域，产品形式从固定式发展出移动式、无线便携式等，并逐渐衍生出适配暗盒尺寸、低剂量等特点。经过十余年不懈努力，公司已成长为数字化X射线平板探测器行业内全球知名、国内领先的企业之一。根据IHSMarkit的数据统计，公司2018年在全球医疗及宠物医疗数字化X射线平板探测器市场的份额约3.0%，位列全球第九，国内企业第二。</span></p><p><span><br  /></span></p><p><span>报告期内，康众医疗营收及净利润保持稳定增长，2017年至2019年度及营收分别为1.98亿元、2.13亿元及2.35亿元，归属于母公司股东的净利润分别为2158.65万元、4931.44万元及4823.51万元。</span></p><p><span><br  /></span></p><p><span>2020年1-6月，公司营业收入12280.94万元，较上年同期增长22.39%;净利润1977.79万元，较上年同期增长48.42%，主要是公司2020年1-6月平板探测器的销售数量较去年同期有所增加，推动主营业务收入和主营业务毛利上升。</span></p><p><span><br  /></span></p><p><span>公司2020年1-9月预计收入及净利润较2019年同期数据有所上升，主要是因为防疫防控推动平板探测器的需求增长，公司2020年1-9月主营产品的销量预计同比大幅上升。2020年1-9月，公司平板探测器产品预计销量为3750台至4000台，同比增长68.01%至79.21%;营业收入20,500万元至21,300万元，同比增长48.78%至54.59%;归属于母公司股东的净利润为3210万元至3610万元，同比增长7.27%至20.64%;扣除非经常性损益后归属于母公司所有者的净利润2910万元至3310万元，同比增长71.87%至95.50%。</span></p><section><br  /></section></section></section></section></section></section></section></section></section></section></section><section><section
