/></p><p><span>2014年11月14日，有一位郭先生，在汉口洽谈生意时突然倒地，不省人事，被朋友拨打120，送到最近医院抢救。 </span></p><p><br /></p><p><span>经检查，郭先生脑干出血，出血量为20毫升，已充满了脑干的80%以上，严重影响意识、语言、运动及体温调节功能，极其凶险。 </span></p><p><br /></p><p><span>当晚，郭先生家人赶到医院后收到病危通知单，经过14个小时的抢救，医生告诉家属希望渺茫，可能性不大。</span></p><p><br /></p><p><span>按照家乡习俗，人死要落叶归根，当晚，家属把奄奄一息的郭先生送回老家黄陂，仅靠救护车上的呼吸机维持着郭先生的生命。 </span></p><p><br /></p><p><span>16日，按照当地的规矩，选坟地、备棺材、布灵堂，对郭先生进行下葬。</span></p><p><br /></p><p><span>哪知就在下葬的当头，一位亲友突然发现，郭先生的眼皮跳动了一下，试一下鼻息，还有微弱的呼吸，仔细一看，郭先生的眼角居然流下了一行眼泪。 </span></p><p><br /></p><p><span>大家惊慌失措之余，马上把郭先生送回武汉继续抢救，住进了长江航运总医院神经外科二病区救治。 </span></p><p><br /></p><p><span>经过检查和病情评估，医生认为，郭先生的颅内出血已全部吸收，且仍在三个月黄金恢复期内，如果生命体征稳定并尽快进行高压氧和床边康复治疗，可能会帮助其神经功能的恢复。 </span></p><p><br /></p><p><span>经过一个月的治疗，郭先生意识基本恢复。医生解释，像郭先生这样的脑干出血，死亡率高达95%以上，他之所以是幸运的5%，是由于前期医院经过积极的抢救，郭先生脑干出血吸收比较好，且有一部分血液转移到了脑室，减轻了病情。 </span></p><p><br /></p><p><span>如其说郭先生是幸运的，倒不如说首诊抢救他的医院和医生是幸运的，因为他们得到了家属对患者“起死回生”的理解。</span></p><p><br /></p><p><span>而河南沁阳市中医院就没有这么幸运了。 </span></p><p><br /></p><p><span>据河南都市报报道：</span></p><p><br /></p><p><span>8月17日，焦作沁阳的小田因为家庭琐事一时想不开，就喝了农药自杀，父亲田先生赶紧把儿子送到沁阳市中医院抢救。8月18日凌晨两点多，医生告知田先生人不行了，还推荐了一辆拉死人的车，把小田拉回了家。回家之后，田先生就忙活着找亲戚朋友给儿子料理后事，然而中午1点多，发生了一件不可思议的事，小田竟然坐起来了。苏醒后，家人又带着小田辗转多家医院治疗，现在已经基本痊愈。 /></p><p><span>患者田某涛，男，39岁，沁阳市西万镇西万村人，于2020年8月17日15时56分，因家庭矛盾自服敌敌畏急诊入住我院重症监护病房。初步诊断为重度有机磷农药中毒，立即开通“先住院后结算”绿色通道，按照有机磷农药中毒抢救治疗指南积极进行洗胃、灌肠、解毒药物应用、吸氧等抢救措施。</span></p><p><br /></p><p><span>8月17日17:40患者病情进一步加重，给予气管插管及呼吸机辅助治疗。期间，院方多次与家属沟通，建议转上级医院进行血液净化治疗，其父不同意转院、并签署“病危通知书”及“拒绝转院协议书”（后附签署协议书图片为证）。8月18日02时50分，在医院积极治疗过程中，患者家属主动要求放弃治疗并签署自动离院协议书后，自行离院。 </span></p><p><br
