latform Monitor failed to start the System Power process.</span></p><p><br /></p><p><span><strong><span>解决办法：</span></strong></span></p><p><br /></p><p><span>1）SIP主机是否启动，可以在SIP上安装AGP显卡看启动过程</span></p><p><br /></p><p><span>2）重新连接Firewire cable connection.IPL Dolphen card cables connection</span></p><p><br /></p><p><span>3)从HOST PC Ping SIP地址（10.0.0.8）</span></p><p><br /></p><p><br /></p><section data-tools="gulangu" data-id="89856"><section data-id="us505261"><section data-width="100%"><section><section data-brushtype="text" data-width="100%">IU22，间歇性报错020</section></section></section><section data-width="100%"></section></section></section><p><br /></p><p><strong><span>故障现象：</span></strong><br /></p><p><br /></p><p><strong><span>UMB，SW 5.0.2.110，</span></strong><span>偶发性开机报错</span></p><p><strong><span>020.9527.228P.30，</span></strong><span>重启后又能正常使用。</span></p><p><br /></p><p><span><strong><span>故障分析及解决：</span></strong></span></p><p><br /></p><p><span>报错是马上要进入二维界面的时候出现，<strong>Browse</strong>方式查看报错<strong>020</strong>之前的错误信息，信息为：<strong>[CDATA[SCA:</strong><span><strong>Hardware mismatch for VIDEO2 PCI Card]]</strong></span>。提示<strong>Video2</strong>故障。</span></p><p><br /></p><p><strong><span>Video2</span></strong><span>是负责触摸屏的显卡，交换两块显卡，故障一样</span></p><p><br /></p><p><span>母板问题导致故障，更换<strong>UMB</strong>解决问题</span></p><p><br /></p><p><span><strong><span>提示：</span></strong></span><span>在<strong>Browse</strong>方式下能看到比较具体的错误指向，但仍需要分析与排查才能确认故障原因。</span></p><p><br /></p><section data-tools="gulangu" data-id="89856"><section data-id="us505261"><section data-width="100%"><section><section data-brushtype="text" data-width="100%">IE33，开机报错201</section></section></section><section data-width="100%"></section></section></section><p><br /></p><p><br /></p><p><span><strong><span>故障现象：</span></strong></span><strong><span>HW D，SW3.0.0.510。</span></strong><span>正常开机，系统运行至<strong>2D</strong>界面报错<strong>201.8639.4XPJ.19，</strong>拔掉探头,开机不报错。</span></p><p><br /></p><p><span><strong><span>故障分析及解决：</span></strong></span></p><p><br /></p><p><span>不论是否接着探头，开机时候前端<strong>FEC</strong>都会有如下的错误信息（部分正常信息省略）：</span></p><p><br /></p><p><strong><span>AIM Software Compatibility:AIM-02</span></strong></p><p><br /></p><p><strong><span>FEC ERROR-></span></strong><span>;<span><strong>ErrorId:0</strong></span></span></p><p><br /></p><p><strong><span>             File
