&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</span></p><p><strong><span>优点:</span></strong><span>减少部分容积效应,真实反映病灶及组织器官内部的结构        </span><span>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span></p><p><strong><span>应用:</span></strong></p><p><span>⑴在普通扫描的基础上局部做薄层扫描用于检查较小的病灶和较小的组织器官,例如:肝脏、肾脏、胆系和泌尿系的梗阻部位。</span></p><p><span>⑵较大的病灶为了观察病变的内部细节要加做薄层扫描,例如:肺部的大病灶了解有无钙化。</span></p><p><span>⑶特殊的部位常薄层扫描,例如:脑垂体、肾上腺、胰腺、眼眶、内耳。</span></p><p><span>⑷重建冠状面和矢状面图像及三维图像时,为了获取较好的图像质量,必需薄层扫描,越薄重建的图像质量越好(注:三维图像重建必需螺旋扫描)。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><br  /></p><section data-tools="gulangu" data-id="92931"><section data-width="100%"><section><section><section data-width="100%"><section><section><p><img src="image/20200927/baa450ead83b5808f7f9eff665391074_3.png" /></p></section><section data-brushtype="text">二、重叠扫描</section><section><p><img src="image/20200927/baa450ead83b5808f7f9eff665391074_3.png" /></p></section></section></section></section></section></section></section><p><br  /></p><p><span>指扫描时设置层距小于层厚,使相邻的扫描层面有部分重叠的扫描方法。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><strong><span>优点:</span></strong><span> 减少部分容积效应的影响,提高小病灶检出的机会。</span></p><p><strong><span>缺点:</span></strong><span> 扫描层面增多病人受X线照射量增大。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><br  /></p><section data-tools="gulangu" data-id="92931"><section data-width="100%"><section><section><section data-width="100%"><section><section><p><img src="image/20200927/baa450ead83b5808f7f9eff665391074_3.png" /></p></section><section data-brushtype="text">三、靶扫描</section><section><p><img src="image/20200927/baa450ead83b5808f7f9eff665391074_3.png" /></p></section></section></section></section></section></section></section><p><br  /></p><p><span>指对兴趣区进行局部放大后扫描的方法。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><strong><span>优点:</span></strong><span> 提高空间分辨率(靶扫描图像与普通扫描图像的象素数目相比,明显增加了该局部单位面积的象素数目)。靶扫描与普通扫描后局部CT图像单纯放大不同,后运行时仅局部图像象素的放大,不能提高空间分辨率。</span></p><p><span>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</span></p><p><strong><span>方法:</span></strong><span>先行普通扫描,对兴趣区进行靶扫描。</span></p><p><span>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</span></p><p><strong><span>应用:</span></strong><span>小器官、小病灶的显示,例如:内耳、鞍区、脊柱、肾上腺、胰头区。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><br  /></p><section data-tools="gulangu" data-id="92931"><section data-width="100%"><section><section><section data-width="100%"><section><section><p><img src="image/20200927/baa450ead83b5808f7f9eff665391074_3.png" /></p></section><section data-brushtype="text">四、高分辩率扫描</section><section><p><img src="image/20200927/baa450ead83b5808f7f9eff665391074_3.png" /></p></section></section></section></section></section></section></section><p><br  /></p><p><strong><span>&nbsp;高分辩率CT(HRCT)</span></strong><span>:指在较短的时间内,取得有良好空间分辨CT图像的扫描技术。</span></p><p><span>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span></p><p><span><strong><span>高分辩CT必需扫描技术:</span></strong></span><span>(1)高mA、(2)短扫描时间、(3)骨的重建法、(4)薄层扫描。</span></p><p><span>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span></p><p><strong><span>优点:</span></strong><span>具有极好的空间分辨率。</span></p><p><strong><span>应用:</span></strong><span>肺部弥漫性与结节性病变、内耳。</span></p><p><span>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span></p><p><strong><span>方法:</span></strong><span>肺部在普通扫描基础上加扫几层高分辨率CT,内耳直接高分辨率CT扫描。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><br  /></p><section data-tools="gulangu" data-id="92931"><section data-width="100%"><section><section><section data-width="100%"><section><section><p><img src="image/20200927/baa450ead83b5808f7f9eff665391074_3.png" /></p></section><section data-brushtype="text">五、图像堆积扫描</section><section><p><img src="image/20200927/baa450ead83b5808f7f9eff665391074_3.png" /></p></section></section></section></section></section></section></section><p><br  /></p><p><span>是一种把多个薄层扫描图像叠加成一个厚图像的扫描技术。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><strong><span>优点:</span></strong><span>改善了信噪比,减少了伪影。</span></p><p><span>&nbsp;
