border-width: 0px;" style="font-size: 14px; line-height: 23.7999992370605px; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-seri; white-space: normal; color: rgb(85, 85, 85); border-width: 0px;">　　经侦民警调查后发现，全自动生化分析仪是进行常规生化检验的一种重要仪器被各级医院广泛使用，该乡镇卫生院购买的这台G1amour2700型全自动生化分析仪属于阿根廷进口产品。 　　 “同类国产设备的价格一般在20万元左右，但医院通过武汉一家科学仪器公司购入这台仪器的价格仅5万元，价格相差过于悬殊。铭牌上竟出现如此低级的错误。”民警将案件情况上报。 　　技术鉴定 　　 “进口”生化分析仪有问题 　　得知情况后，沙洋警方成立侦查专班，从经销商着手调查。很快，售卖前述仪器的武汉某科学仪器公司负责人王某进入警方视线。 　　据王某交代，他所代理的这款分析仪的注册代理、境内服务机构及国内总经销商均为“北京某生物工程技术有限公司”，所有手续均符合法律程序。 　　王某说，铭牌出现问题的原因系北京总部员工在进行中文贴牌操作时出现的失误。为证清白，王某还将北京总部发送的情况说明和道歉函交给民警查看，并表示在以后的工作中一定会吸取教训。 　　 “每一个问题都回答得如此缜密，这反而更加引起我们的怀疑。”专班民警介绍。 　　为避免打草惊蛇，民警佯装得到满意答复，随后对王某的调查转为暗中进行。同时，民警从卫生院购入的“问题”设备着手，寻找具有资质的权威机构进行鉴定。 　　北京、广州等地一路辗转，民警先后联系到10余家国内知名鉴定机构，却均被对方告知其没有资质对该仪器进行权威检测鉴定，侦查工作一度陷入困境。 　　最终，民警通过国家食品药品监督管理总局拿到了G1amour牌全自动生化分析仪的相关标准，并联系到郑州一家公司对“问题”仪器进行鉴定。权威鉴定结果显示：卫生院购买的G1amour2700型全自动生化分析仪不符合标准。 <img data-s="300,640" data-type="jpeg" src="http://mmbiz.qpic.cn/mmbiz/dx3KibwtDhvd7R7yMcngesffS6KwkocIpGQVuicDRib8kLfDdocv4MddiaibNvYonA6v37FlgKmVibc2adA1RAUZDcjg/0?wx_fmt=jpeg" data-ratio="0.7434402332361516" data-w="343" /><p data-mce-style="color: #555555; border-width: 0px;" style="font-size: 14px; line-height: 23.7999992370605px; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-seri; white-space: normal; color: rgb(85, 85, 85); border-width: 0px;">　　得到关键证据后，警方伺机抓捕王某，同时组织人员赶赴北京，对王某所说的“北京某生物工程技术有限公司”展开调查。 　　2014年11月27日，民警在湖北省荆州市将王某抓获，但王某一口咬定其平时只和负责销售的经理曲某单线联系，对销售的医疗器械涉嫌假冒伪劣产品的事拒不认账。 　　与此同时，赶赴北京的民警发现，前述总经销公司早已人去楼空。根据在现场掌握的信息，民警赶赴辽宁省，发现该医疗设备公司其实就是前述总经销公司其中一名老板姜某的生产窝点。 　　2014年12月9日，曲某被警方抓获归案。据其供述，“北京某生物工程技术有限公司”前后两任董事长为姜某、江某，现任总经理是李某。该公司下设总务部、进出口部等机构。 　　据其介绍，他们先从国外进口少量原产地为阿根廷的G1amour牌自动生化分析仪，骗取国家医疗器械“注册证”，在没有“委托加工”行政许可的情况下，再在国内购买配件，私自在姜某的私营企业非法生产该品牌各型号的分析仪。2008年初至2013年12月，李某在担任总经理期间，该公司在全国范围内共销售假冒伪劣全自动生化分析仪1000多台，涉案金额近两亿元，仅湖北12个市州70多家基层医疗机构就购买了73台涉案产品。 <p data-mce-style="color: #555555;
