《2016年中国医疗器械行业发展蓝皮书》发布

医药网2月28日讯　2月26日，中国医药物资协会召开了2016中国医药物资协会发展状况蓝皮书新闻发布会，正式对外发布2016年度医药零售行业、中药材与中药饮片、医药电商、医疗器械等9份发展状况蓝皮书。 　　其中，《2016中国医药器械行业发展蓝皮书》（以下简称“蓝皮书”）显示，据中国医药物资协会分会抽样调查统计，2016年中国医疗器械市场销售规模约为3700亿元，比2015年度的3080亿元增长了620亿元，增长率约为20.1%。其中家用医疗器械市场首次突破千亿元大关，约为1010亿元。 　　值得注意的是，蓝皮书指出，目前医药器械行业发展存在相同产品的生产工业太多，只重其形，不重其意等问题。 　　多小散乱格局制约行业发展 　　蓝皮书数据显示，中国医疗器械市场销售规模由2001年的179亿元增长到2015年的3080亿元，剔除物价因素影响，15年间增长了约17.21倍。 　　在2016年我国医疗器械约为3700亿元的市场销售规模中，医用医疗器械市场约为2690亿元，约占72.70%；家用医疗器械市场首次突破千亿元大关，约为1010亿元，约占27.30%。 　　对于医疗器械行业存在的问题，蓝皮书指出，目前医疗器械的生产企业近16000家，但同一产品的生产企业往往十几家、几十家甚至上百家，生产的产品也是不同的企业有不同的标准，总体水平均达不到与国际接轨的程度，造成资源浪费，生产的产品大多进行拼装、改进外形包装，而忽视了产品质量以及更高的研发能力。从而造成只重其形，不重其意的过程。 　　同时，我国医疗企业数量众多，但是由于技术水平和发达国家存在差距，进口的医疗器械也较多。蓝皮书数据显示，2016年上半年，进口医疗器械89.7亿美元，同比增长9.9%，进口来源地仍以美国、德国、日本为主，占到进口总额的60.9%。 　　中国医药物资协会副会长、医疗器械分会会长柏煜接受《每日经济新闻》记者采访时表示，医疗器械企业小、多、散和低水平竞争的现象没有得到根本性改变，未来行业将从“百花齐放”向更加集中的方向发展，国内医疗器械产业并购需求旺盛，行业也将剩下几家发展较好的龙头企业，产业整合是未来发展的必然方向。 　　“比如轮椅行业，现在轮椅行业也有上百个品牌，但是过去的两年中，我知道的关掉的轮椅品牌就有十几家，每年都会淘汰行业后面的10%，最后剩下的越来越少。”柏煜说。 　　蓝皮书认为，加速提升中国医药器械产业的技术创新能力、加强医药器械研发的产、学、研联合成为当务之急，产业整合是未来发展的必然方向。 　　柏煜表示，要催生医疗器械巨头，需要市场的透明性不断增强，才能使一些行业品牌脱颖而出，影响力越来越大。再加上各类国内、海外的并购，最终细分领域内会出现龙头企业。 　　医疗技术行业并购势头强劲 　　实际上，近几年，中国医疗技术行业的并购已经呈现强劲之势，并购案例此起彼伏。普华永道去年6月发布的《中国医疗器械行业并购回顾与展望》显示，2015年中国市场共发生了81起医疗器械并购交易（不包括海外并购），比2014年的69起上升了17%。 　　2016年，医疗器械行业并购案例更是频发，已披露的并购案例近百件，其中既包括国内并购案例，也包括跨国并购案例。蓝皮书认为，2016年医疗器械产业并购交易热潮进一步持续，投资与并购势头依旧强劲，并购主要是收购方围绕现有业务，向产业链上下游延展或横向扩大业务规模，也有部分并购案例是向新的业务领域扩张。此外，跨国并购案例频发。蓝皮书分析指出，2016年中国海外并购以美国为主，医疗器械领域并购案例较多。其中不完全统计医疗器械并购9 起，大并购越来越多。 　　蓝皮书认为，优秀国产医疗器械会不断涌入发展中国家市场，甚至进入发达国家市场。在这一过程中，国际化并购是不可或缺的手段，而我国医疗器械行业政策逐步向国际先进政策靠拢。这为未来几年国内企业走向国际市场打下了基础。 　　在今年的医疗器械行业投资并购策略上，蓝皮书认为，国家大力支持医疗器械的国产化发展，亟待打造国内医疗器械龙头，看好围绕产业链上下游多元化布局的平台型公司。分级诊疗制度推行，医疗资源下沉，为基础医疗设备、家用医疗设备及移动医疗设备等打开更大的需求市场。 <span style="color: rgb(62, 62, 62);
