white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(247, 247, 247);"  /><span style="color: rgb(102, 102, 102); font-family: Simsun; font-size: 13px; line-height: 22px;  background-color: rgb(247, 247, 247);">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;打开机器右侧机壳，发现可编程高压盒里的氖泡发光正常，说明电源箱已得电。用万用表监测电源箱的各路输出，发现仅主+5V(电源箱上端最粗的一组输&nbsp;出线)还存在，而开机自检所需的±12V和±7.5V、±15V等扫描电压全无，然后逐次断开各路负载并再次测量各个电压，发现主+5V也没有了，同时测&nbsp;量各路负载阻值正常(厂方维修点一般可提供)。这时我们取下电源箱，试图进行元件级维修。打开电源箱后发现整机电源由两块电路板组成，一块提供+5V及可&nbsp;编程高压盒的电源，另一块提供开机时系统自检所需的±12V电压、风扇和前面灯的电压及各路扫描电压，极为重要的是该电源各路电压输出的同时皆有反馈信&nbsp;号，检测任何一路电压输出有问题或不接负载，都可导致电源保护无输出。这就是断开主+5V的负载后主+5V电压丢失的原因。经实际电路板的检查发现±&nbsp;12V、±7.5V、±15V等开机及扫描电压的产生是同一块电路板且同为一开关变压器次级输出，用万用表进一步检查该开关电源的公共部分，发现相应开关&nbsp;管MJWl6010A及场效应管IRF460都已击穿。IRF460易购买，而MJWl6010A很难购得，而且一般的元器件使用手册上也很难查到，经因&nbsp;特网上查询，得知可用市购的BUWl3A代替。换上新元件(该电路板为双面板，焊接时一定注意要焊牢)，不接负载加电瞬间能测出以前没有的各电压，说明该&nbsp;电源已能工作，接上负载检测各点电压都符合标准，开机一切正常。</span><br style="color: rgb(102, 102, 102);
