/></p></span></p><p><span><br  /></span></p><p><span>2019年9月，深圳开立生物医疗科技股份有限公司（以下简称“开立医疗”）自主研制的电子环阵扫描超声内镜EG-UR5成功取得欧盟CE认证，填补了国产内镜在该领域研发的技术空白。11月18日，EG-UR5在德国杜塞尔多夫国际医院及医疗设备展览会MEDICA亮相，吸引了众多关注的目光<span>（图1</span><span>）</span>。今天，让我们走近开立医疗，揭开国产首台超声内镜EG-UR5的神秘面纱。</span></p><p><span><br  /></span></p><section /></p><br  /></p></section></section></section><p><span>（图2）国产首台电子环扫超声内镜EG-UR5</span><br  /></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>图2为EG-UR5的头端部实物特写。值得强调的是，EG-UR5的微小光学成像模组、高密度超声探头等核心部组件均为自主研发，可同时提供高清晰度的光学图像和具有深度结构与功能信息的超声图像，并支持辅助医生诊断的多种成像模式。</span></p><p><span><br  /></span></p><p><span>在系统层面，EG-UR5可搭配开立医疗全高清电子内镜系统HD-550和的超声系统S60，为上消化道病变性质诊断提供优异的光学图像和超声图像（图3）。HD-550内镜系统搭载了国产首台双波长LED复合的内窥镜冷光源VLS-50T，不仅能够提供高亮度白光观察，还支持聚谱成像（SFI）和光电复合染色成像（VIST）两种特殊光观察模式。S60超声系统除了支持常规超声扫查模式，还提供弹性成像、造影成像等成像模式。</span></p><p><span><br  /></span></p><section EG-UR5可搭配开立医疗全高清电子内镜系统HD-550（a）和超声系统S60（b）</span><br  /></p></section></section></section><p><br  /></p><p><span>在EG-UR5的研制过程中，开立医疗项目研发团队针对样机开展了多轮动物实验，通过实验数据反馈不断优化产品性能。图4展示了EG-UR5在巴马香猪胃部观察的光学和超声图像效果。其中，图4（b）的超声图像清晰显示了巴马香猪胃壁的五层结构，证实了EG-UR5优秀的细微分辨力和对比分辨力。图5展示了将EG-UR5置于巴马香猪上消化道不同位置处探测所得到的超声图像。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><p><img /></p></p><p><span>（图6）EG-UR5在人体上消化道不同位置处探测所得到的超声图像</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>开立医疗是国内极少数掌握超声探头自主研发能力的民族企业，超声探头全系列产品已覆盖临床各科室。自2012年开立医疗进军内窥镜领域以来，经过7年的艰苦奋斗，已从行业后起之秀跻身世界先进水平，在国产内窥镜研发领域发挥了引领作用。2017年开立医疗获得国家重点研发计划项目“高解析度光学及超声复合电子内窥镜系统”立项，并以此为契机，成功研发了电子环扫超声内镜EG-UR5，打破了国外厂商在该领域的长期垄断。放眼全球，同时掌握拥有电子内窥镜和超声两个产品线的医疗器械企业相当罕见，这为开立医疗在超声内镜领域的核心技术积累带来独特优势。</span></p><p><span><br  /></span></p><section
