小型车载磁共振即将面世？

/></p><p><span>日前，芬兰的阿尔托大学(Aalto University)宣布启动一项低成本的车载磁共振成像仪研发项目。项目为期三年，由芬兰百年技术产业基金会、简和阿托斯·埃科科基金会资助。三个基金会已向该项目拨款总计750,000欧元（约600万人民币）。</span></p><p><br  /></p><section><p><img /></p><p><span>与我们现在熟知的车载磁共振设备相比，该技术能够提供<strong>更小巧、更便宜、可移动的车载磁共振解决方案</strong>。目前使用的车载磁共振通常需要厢式货车或拖车，但是基于这项新技术的<strong>磁共振设备可以装载在面包车上</strong>。<br  /></span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>这款磁共振采用永磁体。研究人员表示，<strong>新型磁共振的磁场比传统磁共振弱，这就使得设备的尺寸小巧了许多。</strong></span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>虽然低场强的成像质量不如高场强，但仍能满足多种用途，比如用于<strong>诊断肺炎、上颌窦炎、内出血、脓肿、积液等炎症类疾病</strong>。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>阿尔托大学的研究人员在过去的三年中一直在开发这项技术，耗资超过83万美元，目标是使产品的使用门槛降低，<strong>无需像高场强磁共振那样配备特殊设施和专业培训，运营成本也更低</strong>。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>研究人员希望尽快开始原型机的测试，并寻找合适的应用场景。目前的想法是可以用于难民营、一些突发事件现场。除了医疗领域(healthcare)之外，在更为广义的大健康(wellness)领域也将迎来用武之地，比如健身中心用来测量身体脂肪的百分比，这有可能成为未来磁共振应用的一个蓝海市场。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>其实，车载磁共振本身并不是新鲜事物，国产厂商早在几年前已经有产品发布，只不过由于磁共振体积庞大，现有的车载磁共振都是采用厢式货车或者拖车来装载，而阿尔托大学开发的这款产品可以<strong>装载在面包车上，大大降低了成本</strong>。</span></p><section><section /></p><p><span>早在<strong>1991年</strong>，《医疗装备》杂志就曾报道<strong>日本开发成功车载永磁型MRI，并已投入使用</strong>。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>它由一辆大型拖车组成。拖车前部是机械室，装有带消音设备的12KW 发电机；中部是检查室装有 MRI 框架和床，检查室有抗外界电磁干扰的屏蔽，车侧面的泄漏磁场强在3高斯以下。后部是中心操作台，多幅格式相象机。<strong>拖车部分长10米，包括车头全长13.6米</strong>。车内装有自动洗片机，摄影后可直接洗片；并装有运送患者的升降机。这种车载式MRI准备出口美国。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span><p><img /></p><p><span>驰影A30磁共振诊疗车涉及超小型磁体、远程会诊、互联网传输、卫星通讯等技术，核心部件采用自主技术，其中<strong>车载集成型磁共振和扁鹊飞救远程系统</strong>采用了多项先进技术，具有全部自主知识产权。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>驰影A30<strong>整车尺寸为10米×2.55米×4米，总重量为26吨</strong>。诊疗车上配备了氧气瓶、冰箱、监护、药品柜、除颤、生化和彩超、无线心电图机、急救供氧系统、富士胶片打印机、空气加湿器等设备。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>扁鹊飞救远程诊断系统和配套的远程多媒体会影系统，可实现车内医生与外界的沟通；车内配有自动担架升降平台和自动上车担架，无磁铲式担架是磁共振的配套担架，无需替换就可扫描。</span></p><p><br  /></p><section data-tools="gulangu" data-id="97329"
