Julian麻醉工作站常见故障及维修

                    <section data-role="outer" label="Powered by gulangu"><section><p><p><img src="image/20200927/22ff384f43ed08b03c82e6dc1b31c785_1.png" /></p></p><p><p><img src="image/20200927/cd62e307be98998ecd511be305c78e5b_2.png" /></p></p><p><br  /></p></section><section data-author="gulangu"><p><span><strong><span>麻醉机</span></strong></span><span><span>是实施全身麻醉、供氧及进行辅助或控制呼吸的一种麻醉装置。要求提供的氧气及吸人麻醉药的浓度精确稳定且易于控制。麻醉机工作站除了具有一般麻醉机气路部分的基础构件外，还配备电脑检测控制、吸人呼出气体及病人生命体征监测等仪器，是一种高度集成化、智能型的麻醉装置。</span><br  /><br  /><span>麻醉机使用前自检的顺利通过是确保麻醉机正常工作的首要条件。</span></span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>Julian麻醉工作站开机后进行全自动整机自检。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>自检准备包括：</span></p><section data-tools="gulangu" data-id="126"><section data-width="100%"><section><section></section><section></section><section></section></section><section><section placeholder="四角宽边框的样式"><p><span>(1)连接外部供气管路及电源；</span></p><p><span>(2)关闭Y形接口；</span></p><p><span>(3)确保采样管与Y形接口和工作站背面的盛水器连接；</span></p><p><span>(4)将APL阀转到“MAN”方式，并旋转到压力为3kPa(30mbar)处。</span></p></section></section><section><section></section><section></section></section></section></section><p><span><br  /><span>如在自检过程中出现任一故障，则麻醉机出现提示并显示故障代码。排除故障并确定后重新自检。当所有自检均通过时麻醉机才能投入使用。Julian麻醉机性能稳定，平时出现的故障一般为外围故障，仪器实质性损坏较少。常见故障及维修方法介绍如下。</span><br  /><br  /><span></span></span></p><section data-tools="gulangu" data-id="89430"><section><section><section><section></section><section><p><span data-brushtype="text">故障一</span></p></section><section></section></section><section><section></section><section><section><section></section><section></section></section><section><section></section><section></section></section><section></section></section></section></section></section></section><p><span><span><strong><span>1.1 故障现象</span></strong></span><br  /><span>开机自检33步通不过。显示：“Y—piece close? ”</span></span></p><p><span><br  /></span><strong><span>1.2 故障分析与检修</span></strong><br  /><span>Julian第33步主要做漏气检查。当压力保持期间变化大于一定范围或气道压力达不到测试压力时则通不过，此步和leakage test差不多，但漏气测试是当漏气量大于85ml／min时漏气测试通不过。第33步通不过时可作如下操作：检查外部管道连接是否正常，Y形接口关闭，将APL阀旋到底并转到“MAN”方式。此时手控皮囊应捏不动，没有泄漏感。如有泄漏感，则应查管道接口、采样管、吸收罐、挥发罐接口等处是否有漏气。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>我院1台Julian麻醉机曾出现33步通不过．检查管道全部正常，最后发现是挥发罐接口处的O形圈破损所致。第33步通不过也可能是其它原因引起，如ZVI fAIR阀)或ZV3(02阀)打不开，但如果第7步(ZV3—02阀检测)、第8步(ZV1一AIR阀检测)能通过时，这种情况就很少发生。</span><br  /><br  /><span></span></p><section data-tools="gulangu" data-id="89430"><section><section><section><section></section><section><p><span data-brushtype="text">故障二</span></p></section><section></section></section><section><section></section><section><section><section></section><section></section></section><section><section></section><section><br  /></section></section><section></section></section></section></section></section></section><p><strong><span>2.1 故障现象</span></strong><br  /><span>开机自检24步通不过。显示SetAPL to 30，屏幕上面显示小于30。</span></p><p><span><br  /></span><strong><span>2.2 故障分析与检修</span></strong><br  /><span>这一步主要检测APlL阀。麻醉机通J过开放和关闭电子阀，让气体流经内部管道进入呼吸管道部分。然后检测呼吸管道内压力与标准值比较， 当气道压力出现异常时，此步通不过。出现这种原因主要有APL阀是否旋到3kPa(30mbar)，且为“MAN”方式，手控皮囊坏或“MAN”方式时管道漏气。</span><br  /><br  /><span></span></p><section data-tools="gulangu" data-id="89430"><section><section><section><section></section><section><p><span data-brushtype="text">故障三</span></p></section><section></section></section><section><section></section><section><section><section></section><section></section></section><section><section></section><section></section></section><section></section></section></section></section></section></section><p><span></span><strong><span>3.1 故障现象</span></strong><br  /><span>INOP CO2吸人CO2浓度超过固定的上限666．61Pa(5mmHg)。</span></p><p><span><br  /></span><strong><span>3.2 故障分析与检修</span></strong><br  /></p><p><span><span>需要调换碱石灰，或将采样速率设置为200ml／min．或是呼吸系统中的活辨失灵造成重复吸气，活辨需清洗。如若活辨损坏，可用硬写字板上的平胶板剪成和活辨相同的形状进行更换，效果一样，我院1台Julian麻醉工作站2年前呼气活辨损坏，在超市买了块写字板剪成活辨形状更换后，使用至今完好。</span><br  /><br  /><span></span></span></p><section data-tools="gulangu" data-id="89430"><section><section><section><section></section><section><p><span data-brushtype="text">故障四</span></p></section><section></section></section><section><section></section><section><section><section></section><section></section></section><section><section></section><section><br  /></section></section><section></section></section></section></section></section></section><p><span><strong><span>4.1 故障现象</span></strong><br  /><span>潮气量无数值，显示FLOW INOP或传感器校正时不能校正。</span></span></p><p><span><br  /></span><strong><span>4.2 故障分析与检修</span></strong><br  /><span>因为Julian使用的铂金丝传感器，是一种消耗品。这种情况一般为传感器坏，需进行更换。</span><br  /><br  /><span></span></p><section data-tools="gulangu" data-id="89430"><section><section><section><section></section><section><p><span data-brushtype="text">故障五</span></p></section><section></section></section><section><section></section><section><section><section></section><section></section></section><section><section></section><section></section></section><section></section></section></section></section></section></section><p><span></span><strong><span>5.1 故障现象</span></strong><br  /><span>使用时CO2测不出，屏幕上显示：“CO22 Line?990</span></p><p><span><br  /></span><strong><span>5.2 故障分析与检修</span></strong><br  /><span>这种情况一般应检查采样管、T形管中的过滤器是否有水或堵塞、隔水器是否弄脏，如出现上述情况则需重新更换。</span><br  /><br  /><span>麻醉机的自检测试在整个使用过程中是相当重要的一部分，它排除了操作人员可能存在的各种操作疏忽，检测出仪器自身存在的故障。使用过程中还必须密切注意麻醉机发出的提示及警告，及时排除存在的安全隐患，确保病人手术麻醉安全。</span><br  /></p><p><br  /></p></section><section><p><br  /></p><p><span><strong><span>【版权声明】：</span><span>本文由整理发布，资料源自网络，版权归原作者所有，转载请注明来源！</span></strong><br  /><br  /></span></p><section><p><img src="image/20200927/4876d220c459262d15ef38933d50d642_3.jpg" /></p><span><strong>微信ID：yxiubang</strong></span></section><section><span><strong><p><img src="image/20200927/3d50c8c9238d63bc2f0cee8c97c8bf3a_4.jpg" /></p>长按左侧二维码关注</strong></span></section><p><br  /></p><p><br  /></p></section></section><p><br  /></p>
