word-wrap: break-word !important; box-sizing: border-box !important; visibility: visible !important;" /></span><br style="" /><span style=""> 1 故障一</span><br style="" /><span style=""> </span><span style="">故障现象</span><span style=""> ：扫描过程中，屏幕上出现“IRS Disconn-ected”。</span><br style="" /><span style=""> </span><span style="">故障检修及处理</span><span style=""> ：打开重建柜发现重建计算机没有电。重新开机后，发现重建柜计算机又能得电，但是工作几分钟后，计算机再次断电。出现这种现象的可能原因有三个方面 ：首先可能是灰尘的原因，其次可能是由于计算机电源带负载能力不够导致电源保护，最后可能是计算机主板、内存等方面的问题。本着先易后难的原则，首先对计算机进行除尘处理，打开 IRS 重建服务器，发现电源和主板的确很脏，清洁后重新开机，故障依旧。怀疑电源带负载能力差，将双 CPU 去掉一个，只保留两条内存条，最小化系统，开机试验，故障现象依旧。更换了一个大功率的电源，开机后工作了一段时间后无法开机。更换主板，但更换主板后仍然不能开机，重新更换一组新的内存条，故障解决。分析可能是主板电源出了问题，最后一次开机时导致内存条的损坏。</span><br style="" /><span style=""> 2 故障二</span><br style="" /><span style=""> </span><span style="">故障现象 </span><span style="">：开机后自检正常，在做球管训练时屏幕出现“X-ray system cannot comply please retry ”</span><br style="" /><span style=""> </span><span style="">故障检修及处理 </span><span style="">：开机后自检正常说明主机及扫描机架、扫描床没有问题， X 线系统不能完成扫描，说明故障发生在高压部分。进入维修模式，在报错记录中发现油冷散热风扇报错。打开机架后盖，观察油冷的两个散热风扇、发现其中一个风扇不工作。在市场购买同等规格的风扇、更换后机器正常工作。值得注意的是：因风扇不是原装风扇，供电插座不是很匹配。在更换风扇时最好进行焊接，然后用热缩管处理好，防止发生接触不良的现象。维修后至今未出现问题。</span><br style="" /><span style=""> 3 故障三</span><br style="" /><span style=""> </span><span style=""> 故障现象</span><span style=""> ：机器开机正常，录入病人信息执行扫描时，屏幕左下方始终显示“Initializing”无法进入扫描状态，约1min 后，屏幕显示“Rotating frame can not comply”，关机重新启动后，可以进入扫描状态，但是做了两个病人后同样的现象再次发生，观察扫描机架，发现故障发生时转子部分没有旋转。</span><br style="" /><span style=""> </span><span style="">故障检修及处理</span><span style=""> ：根据报错信息，怀疑故障出在机架扫描驱动部分。关机后拆开机架后盖，重新开机，发现在故障发生时，机架右下角驱动器状态指示灯红灯亮起时，机架就不旋转了。正常工作时，马达驱动器应该是亮绿灯和黄灯。更换同型号的马达驱动器后，整机恢复正常工作。应该注意的是更换马达驱动器必须做匹配校正，否则会出问题。</span><br style="" /><span style=""> 4 故障四 </span><br style="" /><span style=""> </span><span style="">故障现象</span><span style="">：扫描完病人后，机架突然断电。重新开机后，机架不能得电。计算机屏幕上没有开启机架的提示。</span><br style="" /><span style=""> </span><span style="">故障检修及处理</span><span style=""> ：屏幕上没有开启机架的提示，说明机架没有准备正常。Brilliance 系列 CT 为 Can 总线的总线控制方式，Can 总线上的任何一个部分出了问题，机架都不会正常启动。打开机架侧盖，测量发现电源部分有三个600V/40A 的保险开路。三个保险同时断路，说明电源可能有大的波动或者保险后级有短路。机器配有稳压电源，检查电源没有发现异常。进一步检查保险的后级，是直接通过滑环到了高压发生器。拆下了碳刷，发现电源刷有很多快折断的金属丝搭到了相邻的金属丝上造成了短路，烧毁了保险，对碳刷进行了处理，检查了其它电路，没有发现 异常情况，更换了相同型号的保险，开机整机恢复正常工作。</span><br style="" /><span style=""> 5 故障五</span><br style="" /><span style=""> </span><span style=""> 故障现象</span><span style="">：扫描床能上、下升降，但有时不能水平运动。</span><br style="" /><span style=""> </span><span style="">故障检修及处理 </span><span style="">：机器没有报错信息，同时故障的发生是断断续续的，怀疑是接插件接触不良的问题，升起床裙，逐个检查接插件，发现在床水平移动控制器上有一个接插件松动，插紧后，安装好固定螺丝，开机后扫描床水平运动恢复正常。</span><br style="" /><span style=""> 6 总结 </span><br style="" /><span style=""> 从以上几例故障检修情况可以看出，日常的保养对机器十分重要。首先是环境温度的问题，现在的机器对温度的要求很高，环境温度会影响到机器的稳定性。其次是灰尘的影响。有条件的医院应定期对机器进行保养。保养方法如下 ：① 清洁过滤网。重建柜的过滤网应一个月清理一次，机架内的过滤网应 3 个月清理一次。② 定期除尘，控制柜、重建柜、机架、扫描床等最好 3 个月除尘一次。③ 滑环清洗和碳刷检查。对于飞利浦 Brilliance 系列的 CT，碳刷是金属丝做的，金属丝在长期的工作中会产生磨损，发生折断的现象，这些快要折断的金属丝有可能造成滑环间短路，所以要定期检查，将快要折断的金属丝去除。对于用碳棒做成的碳刷，由于碳棒磨损会产生碳粉，积累太多会引起滑环短路打火等故障，所以应定期对滑环进行清理，同时检查碳刷长度，对于长度不等的碳刷进行修整，对磨损严重的达不到要求长度的碳刷要及时更换，以免造成更大的损失</span></p><p><span style=""><img data-s="300,640" src="http://mmbiz.qpic.cn/mmbiz/A1DicCH9Vl6N81EEZNTTD5LibxzSnnmKnS13QroM6ibPUaDiaaGTAEwUlicyZB4f60bJJHgtf70yxaebOMGjxTVVBrQ/0" style="white-space: normal;" data-ratio="0.9920948616600791" data-w="" /></span></p><p style=""><strong style="max-width: 100%;
