GE 8排螺旋CT自动关机故障的检修

                    <p><span style="line-height: 1.5em;">我科GE 8 排螺旋CT 多次出现开机后不能正常启动的故障现象。尽管每次故障现象基本一样，但检修完成后，却发现故障点并不一定相同，既有软件系统故障，也有硬件重建系统故障。该故障现象的处理方法如下。</span></p><p><span style="line-height: 1.5em;"><br  /></span></p><p style="line-height: 1.5em; margin-bottom: 15px;">1 故障现象<span style="line-height: 1.5em;">　</span></p><p style="line-height: 1.5em; margin-bottom: 15px;">故障现象有两种情况，一是开机后不能正常启动并自动Shut down ；二是在正常使用时突然自动Shut down。</p><p style="line-height: 1.5em; margin-bottom: 15px;">出现这种情况时，因系统的应用软件检测到错误，不能进入正常的工作界面，无法看到message log 里的错误信息，无法获得有用的线索。这种现象产生的原因有以下几种情况，① 原始数据有问题；② 原始数据硬盘损坏；③CT 图像数据库有问题；④ 图像重建单元硬件故障。</p><p style="line-height: 1.5em; margin-bottom: 15px;">2 故障分析与处理</p><p style="line-height: 1.5em; margin-bottom: 15px;">①和③两种情况属于软件故障，可通过软件命令解决问题。开机，当机器系统软件运行完成，要启动应用软件提示对话框出现时，点击“确定”按钮，终止应用软件。点击UNIX Shell，打开命令窗口，在提示符下输入“su ”，回车，再输入密码“#bigguy”，回车，进入到超级用户下。此时先做原始数据硬盘格式化，输入命令“reconfig”，回车，弹出Reconfig 窗口，选中“regenerate database”选项，点击“Accept”，机器自动对原始数据硬盘进行格式化操作，完成后提示重新启动。点击“Yes”即重启系统。操作系统启动完成后提示应用软件不能自动启动，点击UNIX Shell，</p><p style="line-height: 1.5em; margin-bottom: 15px;">打开命令窗口，在提示符下输入“st”，回车, 启动应用软件。如果故障是由于原始数据出错引起的，那么做完这些操作后，机器即可正常启动、使用。</p><p style="line-height: 1.5em; margin-bottom: 15px;">当由于图像数据库出错导致机器自动Shut down 时，处理方法如下：按照上文介绍的方法进入UNIX 超级用户，在提示符下输入“cd/usr/g/scripts” 回车，“./resetImageDB-destructive”回车。系统将重新建立数据库，删除所有CT图像。这个过程大约需要5~10min，完成后提示重新启动，点击“Yes”即重启系统，机器即可恢复正常。对于这种故障的判断，可在机器启动到OC initionalizing 后期时，注意查看图像显示监视器左上角显示的剩余图像数，即硬盘的可用空间，例如512 ：6 ；256 ：11，表示512 矩阵图像还可以存储6 幅，256 矩阵图像还可以存储11 幅，硬盘空间已经严重不足，就会出现这种自动Shut down 现象。</p><p style="line-height: 1.5em; margin-bottom: 15px;">原始数据硬盘损坏导致机器自动Shut down 的情况较多，可能是因为病人量比较大（平均每天约120 个病人）。这种情况只能通过更换同型号硬盘来解决。原装硬盘由Seagate 公司生产，型号是ST336605，容量36GB。经笔者试验，用HP 公司生产的相同型号硬盘也可以。新硬盘安装好后，要做原始数据硬盘格式化，即“regeneratedatabase”，具体方法同上。</p><p style="line-height: 1.5em; margin-bottom: 15px;">图像重建单元硬件出现故障时的现象是扫描结束后不能显示图像，重新启动机器，系统运行到OC initionalizing时自动Shut down。8 排螺旋CT 图像重建单元硬件包括RIP板（Reconstruction Interface Processor Board） 和IG（Image Generator Board）板，当这两块电路板中某一块出现故障时便会出现这种现象。RIP 板故障的诊断方法如下：机器启动时终止应用软件，点击UNIX Shell，打开命令窗口，在提示符下依次输入命令：cd /usr/g/ice/bin 回车，ice fulldiags，回车。这时系统开始测试RIP 板，并将测试信息显示在屏幕上，测试项目有很多，如果有失败项目，则说明RIP 板有问题，需要更换。</p><p style="line-height: 1.5em; margin-bottom: 15px;">IG 板故障的诊断方法如下：机器启动时终止应用软件，点击UNIX Shell，打开命令窗口，在提示符下依次输入命令：service_browser，回车。屏幕弹出图形窗口Service Desktop，点击IG Diagnositics 命令条，弹出IG 诊断窗口。选择Full IG Diags 选项，点击RUN DIAG 按钮，开始执行测试并将测试结果显示在屏幕上，根据测试结果可判断IG 板的好坏。</p><p style="line-height: 25.6px;
