<p style="line-height: 1.5em;"><span style="line-height: 1.6;">螺旋CT的问世是CT扫描成像技术中的突破性进展。由于时间短，扫描无层隔，可以得到容积扫描信息，因而能够获得清晰的多维重建影像。三维影像重建能立体地显示解剖结构及病变，毗邻关系明确。CT内视技术可起到内窥镜的作用，所以有CT内窥镜之说；另一种功能是CT血管造影，这些成像技术明显提高了影像诊断的水平，引起了人们的关注与兴趣。</span><br /></p><p style="line-height: 1.5em;"> </p><p style="line-height: 1.5em;">一、螺旋CT的定义<br /> </p><p style="line-height: 1.5em;">1．定义<br /> </p><p style="line-height: 1.5em;">螺旋CT是以X线球管绕被检查物体匀速旋转，被检查物体匀速前进为特征的扫描过程。X线在被检查物体上留下的轨迹是螺旋曲线，故称为螺旋CT。如图3-23所示。 </p><p style="line-height: 1.5em;"><br /></p><p style="line-height: 1.5em;"><img height="96" src="http://mmbiz.qpic.cn/mmbiz/A1DicCH9Vl6O8TzEIRoQuzwec7pcWCBUZiaPVH6K6PrzeqgpVHjftib1d6qBRLUbVQOH2VbHP3As3DtR90ZK0IJUA/0?wx_fmt=jpeg" width="416" border="0" style="border: 0px; cursor: pointer; width: 100%; height: auto;" class="" data-type="jpeg" data-ratio="0.2302158273381295" data-w="" /></p><p style="text-align: center; line-height: 1.5em;">图3-23 螺旋扫描表面轨迹图</p><p style="line-height: 1.5em;"> </p><p style="line-height: 1.5em;"> 2．螺旋CT中有关名词定义<br /> </p><p style="line-height: 1.5em;">（1）螺距 指X线球管旋转1周扫描床前进的纵向长度。<br /> </p><p style="line-height: 1.5em;">（2）节距系数（pitch） 螺距与X线准直宽度的比值，本身无量纲。<br /> </p><p style="line-height: 1.5em;">（3）扫描时间 指螺旋1圈的时间，目前最快扫描时间可达0.75 s。<br /> </p><p style="line-height: 1.5em;">（4）切片厚度 指影像重建所选择的厚度，与常规第3代CT的切片厚度意义不同。<br /> </p><p style="line-height: 1.5em;">（5）容积数据 CT扫描收集数据的本身就是容积数据，但在常规第3代CT中的容积数据是指扫描切片厚度范围内的容积数据，而螺旋CT是在扫描范围内的物体全部数据。</p><p><br /></p><p style="line-height: 1.5em;">换句话说，是无遗漏地收集到扫描物体的数据。<span style="line-height: 1.6;">因此扫描后，可以在扫描物体任意部分重建影像， 假定扫描物体是一个圆柱体，在圆柱体表面包裹一张纸，这张纸对X线敏感。扫描纸后我们发现，包裹纸的每一点都接收到X线。这说明在螺旋扫描过程中圆柱体内每一个体积元素都有X线穿过。 </span></p><p style="line-height: 1.5em;"> </p><p style="line-height: 1.5em;"><img height="329" src="http://mmbiz.qpic.cn/mmbiz/A1DicCH9Vl6O8TzEIRoQuzwec7pcWCBUZaH6f4Q2UJZ4nESpNuf8ywtNIj5DFF0384pTjpricIey8wT71ry85Vsw/0?wx_fmt=jpeg" width="413" border="0" style="border: 0px; cursor: pointer; width: 100%; height: auto;" class="" data-type="jpeg" data-ratio="0.7967625899280576" data-w="" /></p><p style="text-align: center; line-height: 1.5em;">图3-24 螺旋扫描X线轨迹展开图</p><p style="line-height: 1.5em;"> 图3-24就是圆柱体外表面包裹纸的展开图，它沿圆柱母线AC′B直线切开，斜线ACB就是一圈螺旋线的展开曲线，结果是一条直线。A点是螺旋线的起点，B点是一圈螺旋线的终点，C点是螺旋线旋转180°时的中点。ACB直线是准直的X线的中心线，MN和FG是准直的X线的边缘线，两边线的公垂线ED是准直的X线的幅宽。AB沿母线长度是一个螺距，AB和DE的比值是螺距系数（pitch）。</p><p><br /></p><p style="line-height: 1.5em;">图3-24中的螺距系数是2， 图中直实线表示在圆柱体表面入射的X线区域（FDGBNEMA区域所示）。直虚线所表示的区域是X线穿出的区域（MENC′E′M′A′和FDGQH两区域），图上清楚地看到，直线和虚线区域全部覆盖了圆柱表面所有区域，而且这是螺距系数为2的最极限的情况。当螺距系数为1时，是重复覆盖。一般螺距系数选择范围是从0.5～2 。</p><p style="line-height: 25.6px;
