margin-bottom: 14px; text-indent: 1em; font-family: 'Microsoft YaHei'; font-size: 14px; line-height: 26px; white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(245, 248, 253);"> 2012年，50岁的张友军就凭着扎实的专业素养和良好口碑脱颖而出，成为蔡甸区中医院院长。在担任院长初期，其管理能力也得到很好的发挥，采取多项有力措施促进了医院的发展，获得了职工的支持和认可。但随着职务的升迁，张友军也成为一些医药公司争相巴结的对象。</p><p style="margin-top: 14px; margin-bottom: 14px; text-indent: 1em; font-family: 'Microsoft YaHei'; font-size: 14px; line-height: 26px; white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(245, 248, 253);"> 2012年11月，在某医药公司担任经理的好友肖某某听闻张友军升任中医院院长，便上门找他商谈中医院药房托管项目，希望好友能帮忙让自己的公司接管该项目并承诺给予高额“回扣”。对于好友的“公关”，起初张友军坚决回绝，但经不住肖某某三番五次“登门拜访”，加之攀比心理作祟，张友军的内心发生变化，便同意了肖某某的提议。</p><p style="margin-top: 14px; margin-bottom: 14px; text-indent: 1em; font-family: 'Microsoft YaHei'; font-size: 14px; line-height: 26px; white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(245, 248, 253);"> 在张友军的“运作”下，肖某某所在公司很快获得了中医院药房托管项目经营权。作为回报，张友军也收下了他人生的第一笔“感谢费”25万元。第一次吃回扣，又是大手笔，张友军的内心十分忐忑不安，为防止事发，其反复叮嘱肖某某不能出卖自己，同时让肖某某将这笔钱存在其连襟徐某某的银行卡上。为避人耳目，此后张友军接受的每一笔受贿款，他都如法炮制，要求行贿人将行贿款分散存在其亲友的银行卡上，供自己使用。</p><p style="margin-top: 14px;
