<p>医用监护仪可监测人体多种生理参数,一般可分为基本测量参数和可选配测量参数。</p><p><br /></p><p>基本测量参数包括心电(ECG)、血氧饱和度(SPO2)、无创血压(NIBP)、心率(HR)、呼吸(RESP)等;</p><p><br /></p><p>可选配测量参数包括有创血压(IBP )、呼吸末二氧化碳( ETCO2)、体温(Temp)、心输出量(co)、血液分析等。可以说,监护仪是临床上监护病人的必备工具,其总体性能可靠性高、实质性故障率低。</p><p><br /></p><p>大部分经常出现的故障是由操作不当或使用不规范造成的,现将维修过程中常遇到的部分现象及解决方法总结如下。<br style="font-family: 宋体; font-size: 12px; line-height: 28px; white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);" /> </p><p> 1 心电部分无心电波形或显示的波形干扰很严重。</p><p>检查步骤:</p><p>(1)心电导联线与监护仪连接是否正确;</p><p>(2)心电电极安放位置是否正确; </p><p>(3)是否使用了过期的一次性电极片; </p><p>(4)安置电极片的部位是否清洁或皮屑、毛发导致电极接触不良;</p><p>(5)地线接触不好,会有较强干扰;</p><p>(6)外部高频设备干扰; </p><p>(7)心电导联线断路; </p><p>(8)监护仪内部模块故障。<br style="font-family: 宋体; font-size: 12px; line-height: 28px; white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);" /> </p><p>2 血氧饱和度部分 无法测出血氧饱和度。</p><p>检查步骤: </p><p>(1)检查血氧饱和度导联线与仪器未连接是否完好;</p><p>(2)检查血氧探头安放位置是否妥当,探头线应置于手背; </p><p>(3)连续长时间监测同一部位,会导致末梢循环差; </p><p>(4)指甲过长,涂抹指甲油影响监测数据;</p><p>(5)强光环境对血氧信号有干;</p><p>(6)同侧手臂测量血压时,影响脉冲导致测量困难;</p><p>(7)血氧导联线断路; </p><p>(8)监护仪内部模块故障。<br style="font-family: 宋体; font-size: 12px; line-height: 28px; white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);" /> </p><p>3 无创血压部分无法测血压。</p><p>检查步骤: </p><p>(1)监护仪血压设置不当:一是成人与儿童的选择,二是初始充气压的选择; </p><p>(2)检查袖带是否漏气或破损,联接管是否漏气; </p><p>(3)袖带安放位置是否合适; </p><p>(4)测量过程中手臂有挤压,移动等,测量将不可靠;</p><p>(5)按下启动键后,仪器无充气动作,内部模块或气泵损坏。<br style="font-family: 宋体; font-size: 12px; line-height: 28px; white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);" /> </p><p>4 呼吸部分 无呼吸信号。</p><p>检查步骤: </p><p>(1)心电电极安放不当或者电极与皮肤接触不好; </p><p>(2)心电导联线有断路,无法采集信号。</p><p><br /></p><p><strong>在监护仪的使用中注意对机器进行保养,可使机器运行于最好的状态下,延长监护仪的使用寿命。</strong></p><p><br /></p><blockquote><p>如:监护仪上的触摸按钮不宜用硬物经常碰触,否则将导致触摸按钮破损,致使监护仪无法正常使用;</p><p><br /></p><p>使用监护仪时应要远离强干扰源并尽可能避免在机器旁使用信号发射源如手持移动电话等;</p><p><br /></p><p>机器在不能定人定点使用,需经常改变场地时,要注意在移运过程中以及放置时的安全,防止倾倒,避免液体和异物落入机器中,禁止不相关的人员随意玩弄机器;</p><p><br /></p></blockquote><blockquote><p>不能折、拽机器传感器的传输导线;定时对监护仪及其传感器探头进行清洁、消毒,消毒剂应使用机器操作手册中指定的消毒液。</p><p><br /></p><p>定期对监护仪的内外部进行除尘清洁;</p><p><br /></p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px;">机器须存放于通风防潮的固定地点,切忌随意摆放,在存放一段时间后,须拿出机器通电开机一段时间。</p></blockquote><section class="pEditor " style="line-height: 25.6px;
